I needed to renew my auto insurance online and Gursimran Kaur was extremely helpful, attentive, and most importantly, efficient. She gave me very clear guidance (it was my first time). She was patient and helpful (l was not familiar the technology). And she finished the entire renewal procedure for me in under 10 minutes. Arjun helped us with finding the most economical and cost effective solution. We have two cars that needed attention. Arjun came through by suggesting that we simply move the plate from one vehicle to another while parking the other. We gave him the go ahead and he processed it right away. We highly recommend Arjun. He is quick, knows his material and provides excellent customer service.

We commend Mrs. Elina Chan for her excellent knowledge and selfless time spent with my husband and I yesterday. We came in to have our home insurance clarified, as we are often in the area.
