I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible service, the manager is very rude and argues with the customer. Their food is always cold. The restaurant is very dirty. If you can, go somewhere else. Go to the one on kingsway. It is much better. There was also something weird in my food.

Had to update my rating.... it used to be a 5... but 2023 has been a bad year for this location... more often than not the chicken is incredibly salty and a combination of old oil. I've been coming to this location for 20+ years.. and it's really gone downhill in quality.. my go to location is Kingsway now

Poor or at least selective customer service. I ordered my food which was a 2 piece chicken combo and had to wait for my fries to finish cooking (I was okay with waiting). But what was upsetting was that the person behind me was offered a larger chicken deal (which was not advertised inside) for less and received their same size fries and food first. To offer a deal to one customer over another and then finish the second customer first when we were both waiting for the same thing was upsetting especially as I had to remind them of missing items at the end. I would understand if his was ready first but it wasn’t and yet he still was served first while my other food items were sitting there loosing their heat.

Church's Texas Chicken
It was my very first time here. I ordered a meal and paid approx. $12. They even offer my favourite pop, which is Crush Orange.If only the buns would be more bakery style, the entire meal would get 5*.The restaurant itself is really old and has not seen any updates or renovation in a very long time. The kitchen could use deep cleaning from the floor to the range hood.

I used to sit here with my dad having a 2 piece chicken and fries for 2 dollars back in the early 90s. This place brings back a lot of good memories but the it’s not the same.The chicken is a lot worse than I remember it and the fries are similarly salty / soggy. I don’t know if it’s the new management but it’s gone downhill a lot. The old pinoy ladies made way better chicken.

Burnt chicken. I am not a picky eater and I was unable to eat it. The mashed potatoes had some sort of water added to it. The poutine had no cheese curds, just gravy. The absolutely worst thing I have ever ordered. Do not recommend this location anymore.I took pictures of the blackened chicken and completely black burnt pieces throughout the box. Very very embarrassing for whoever was working on March 17 around 6am.

I Come here alot but the past 3 visits they hadn't had any white meat readily made, takes a while for a new order, the most recent time they didn't even ask me if I wanted to wait for a fresh order.At least have some white meat ready and don't give 3 wings for an all white upgrade should be at least a breast and 2 wings as there is barely any white meat on a wing

I like going here cause it's convenient and the food is usually decent but it's such an inconsistent experience service-wide. Sometimes the staff are super on it and sometimes, it seems when it's quietest, they're distracted and get things wrong. Two different times I've gotten the tenders combo and they forget the biscuit, which is my fav past of the whole thing. It's disappointing when I get all the way home, excited to eat my meal and find a part of it missing.Oh, man, I thought I was done, but I just opened my gravy and it's super lumpy. So annoyed.

A fast food restaurant will have fast food environment so can't complain on that. Chicken is very good. Moist and juicy and nice and crispy! Very tasty.
