I have been going to Hairs 2 U for a while now and I have NEVER been disappointed! I am the kind of person that changes her hair colour and cut from growing it long to cutting it VERY short. I keep my hairdresser on her toes, and each and EVERY time she rises to the challenge. I have gone to Hairs 2 U a few times, but always left disappointed. I got my hair dyed a few years ago and the women didn't pay attention when I explained what I wanted and ended up doing something completely different. My mother has had the same experience when she went to get her hair cut and the lady didn't pay attention to what she wanted because she was too busy chatting.The last time I tried to book an appointment, they moved it without notifying me and then never called me to let me know. When I showed up for when I thought my appointment was, all of the employees looked up but no one greeted me and they let me sit there waiting for 15 minutes before anyone told me that my appointment had been moved. Would not go back, they have lost my business and my mother's.

Peggy is absolutely wonderful.She listens to your idea and implements as much as she can into your hair cut.All the staff are so friendly and they have super personalities!I would recommend any of the hairdressers, yet Peggy is awsome!!!!
