Completely incompetent staff at Gellibrand's! I brought in a wool coat for cleaning and asked them to repair the tear in the shoulder seam. Two weeks later I picked up the coat only to find the tear was still there but they charged me 18.00 for repair. After a phone call to the seamstress, the front desk clerk determined the seamstress made a repair to the elbow which I didn't request. The seamstress claimed she didn't see the tear in the shoulder but could fix it for an additional 18.00 and another two week wait. I have posted a photo of the tear in the shoulder to show that it is clearly visible. When I asked the front desk clerk how such a mistake could happen since I specifically said I wanted the shoulder repaired, she replied, I don't know anything

A little bit pricey, but not disappointed - they took my dress only days before the wedding and it had been all wrinkles from shipping, it was perfect for the wedding thanks to their work!

Needed some cloths picked up from my house and cleaned asap as I could not travel to either of the locations. Was given a pick up date and a delivery date. And ICannot emphasize how simple and easy the process was and how absolutely perfect my clothing came back. Gellibrands has definitely gotten a new customer and many more as I will refer them to my family and friends! So happy with the service I have to give both locations 5 stars !!!

Had my high quality Kluane sleeping bag cleaned here. Had it for 35 years and never cleaned ( I know ..gross!). Got it back in sparkling condition! Very impressed!! Only cost $35..sure beats buying a new one!

Thanks to Gellibrand's, I'll be able to wear a vintage dress (that had grease stains) to my daughters wedding. I also brought in a couple of my husbands shirts (that were so dirty I was embarrassed to show them to anyone). Their cleaning expertise is amazing and now ,miraculously my husband has two shirts that are like brand new. Gellibrand's provided professional, quality dry cleaning. Thank you ,thank you, thank you.
