I was standing waiting to get help, I overheard what seemed to be the manager or possibly owner tell an employee that it’s ok to sell broken guns. He said if it means a customer comes back he can sell more stuff to them the second visit.This was the short man with a lisp talking. I’m literally appalled by this behaviour.I didn’t buy anything because I don’t trust them now. I wouldn’t recommend this store solely based on what I heard. If they’re willing to speak like this in front of a potentiometer customer, what do they do when we’re not there listening?!Don’t go here, save your money.

The guys that work at this store are just great! Fun, active, knowledge and helpful. They helped us find the perfect b-day gift for my son. Id spend the whole day listening to Shannon explaining me the purpose behind every single detail of the products they sell, why it was built that way and how soldiers benefit from it. It was fun and a learning experience.

Just took my son to this place to get a butterfly training knife..and of course I had to buy myself a knife too...they have some very good products with great staff... very pleased guys I will be back and you are highly recommended.

The art of customer service is not dead! Went in to buy a folding knife as a gift and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The selection was astounding and the person helping me had detailed product knowledge. They guided me through all the choices and I never felt rushed. Thanks again.

I have gone to their east york store has a huge selection of Military clothing and such picked up a couple of knives. So came down to their Queen st. location, awesome place and what made it as such is the staff. Especially Shannon who I talked to for about half and hour. Great great selection of knives. While I was checking them out Shannon adjusted mine own knife after I showed him. That is top notch customer service. So with that I bought two kershaw knives and will be back again.

Good place with friendly staff. Not a big store so not a lot of stock, but they always offer to order what you need. Only physical store around here with Cammenga compasses.

I was just there and I found the staff friendly and helpful, knowledgeable. Looking for outgear for working outdoors. They pretty much have everything you would need for camping, knives, compact gear. You can carry and stay warm and dry. Liked the backpacks, boots, quite a variety for such a small Outfitters. Don't recall seeing tents, sleeping bags. Huge selection of BB guns. Liked the MP5, AK-47. Definitely sold on the Boots and Parka. Bought the touqe, getting ready for winter. I'll be back""

Wanted to buy my first gun and all the gear but the little guy in the hat behind the counter couldn’t be bothered as he was too busy with his computer to make a sale. Didn’t greet me, barely looked up, and continued his conversation with another (a little more helpful, but seemingly junior) employee when I tried to ask about buying a gun. When I asked him what types of batteries there are (I had heard there’s a difference in the type of battery you run and wanted info) he just sighed and said “I’ve got a lot of batteries man”. Well, screw you too, bud. I left and went to Badlands and dropped over $600 there instead.

I have been looking for Mechanic Gloves for a while, trying to find my fit and a good price. Aaron and Angus where amazing.. very attentive, responsive and helpful with all the demands I had. They deserve a raise for sure. Thank you guys for an amazing experience at the store.. 100% recommended !!

I found this place right near me when I was looking for some personal safety things for my wife who is a realtor and she finds herself alone at night.The staff were great and happy to help me out finding the things I was looking for.I will definitely go there more
