After having a couple of bad experiences at other shops I walked into this location of PartSource expecting the same, but not the case at all, in fact the complete opposite. I was helped by a nice fellow named Bill. He was able to make sense of my frustrating and complicated parts needs and with his knowledge of his inventory he quickly found what I needed and got me on my way. I am grateful to Bill at this PartSource location as I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me for a relatively small sale. Great job folks!Randy Bryte

Went in this morning to get a brake light for my car, all the guys were super kind & helpful. Even went outside to check my car and make sure I had the right part. Thank you so much - you’re great! Happy holidays

Excellent service and they have everything you need. Went in to grab some spark plug for my lawn mower and the staff was super helpful and even suggested ways to prevent the issue in future. They even threw in couple of sun glasses for my kids. That's a 5 star customer service!!!

When an unpleasant visit. The counter monkey clearly hates his life and it showed in his professionalism and friendliness. Amazing you must not even need a high school diploma to work at a place like that. It may benefit to have somebody behind the counter that actually knows his way around an automobile, rather than a 50 year old grump who spent the last 20 years pumping gas.

Kind and helpful staff. The store is clean and smoke free too. It would be better if their online store allowed inventory info and or price information too but the flyer is a good start. Easily go over budget while buying things that are on sale so go in with a game plan ;)

They offer free battery testing but unfortunately car parts store does have working machine to test battery or just a excuse not to do there job in cold weather. Whatever it is not going back there.

I attended this location and attended the front counter and wished the older lady a good morning and asked for transmission fluid. I didn't get a verbal response or any eye contact at all, the best she could do was point to the back wall. Can you tell me what kind I need and how much...she looked at me and after a few minutes of awkward silence she mustered enough energy to ask me what car. Gave her the make/model and year...didn't ask what engine it had but was quick to tell me computer doesn't show for that car.I feel bad for Part Source if that is the quality of employees they can find...
