Great body work had to get my entire rear bumper replaced and repainted. All was done within a week , all was thru a claim via ICBC so they are a super reliable shop certified by icbc !

Just had a fairly minor fender bender fixed by Rich's. We were very impressed. The courtesy car was spotless as was our car upon return (on the date they said it would be ready). As a retired banker, I tend to notice the small stuff, the details and from what we experienced, this is happy place to work (ya, that's important) and a well run family business that I'm happy to recommend to anyone. Great staff.

Streamlined and easy! Transparency on all aspects of the process and the work was done ahead of schedule. My truck was looking showroom ready when I picked it up and during the process they provided me a courtesy car. To anyone considering using these guys, do yourself a favour and go visit this group. They lightened the burden that comes from these situations with integrity and ethics.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO RICH'S SHOUT OUT!! to Blake Dan and everyone @Rich's its been almost 2 yrs since my car was damaged and repaired promtly here. My boyfriend chad got his truck fixed after an accident and we needed to get our left side lights and bumper done, and paint. We got it back and it was cleaned inside and everything was fixed and it was in the time line that they had given us. The staff are super great and knowledgeable and they have the best greeter at the door who's name is patches (dog) plus they hooked me up with a stuffed animal. Side note the waiting area looks like it has a great selection of coffee and sweets. Thank you so much for our truck repairs!
