Tyler was super helpful, and incredibly friendly! I didn't really know what I wanted other than I wanted to upgrade my phone. He patiently walked me through all the options that were available to me, and got me the best deal!!

Very rude sales associate named Noam who scoffed when I asked him about plans and phones and told me come back boxing day.". Seemed to be on the spectrum... I am also autistic but I'm never rude to customers like that especially not for having a few easy questions."

I can’t begin to tell you about the amazing service that I received from Keith the store manager this evening. He went above and beyond helping me set up my new phone. He was patient and extremely kind..It is not the first time that I have visited this location and every time I have I’ve had nothing but great service, so thank you for hiring such great people to represent your business. I was super unhappy with the s22 performance and overall it didn't meet my business needs but the staff here were so helpful, patient, and understanding. They helped me for hours in store and called customer service for me to undo the contract. They even managed to get the price of another phone that had expired. They exchanged the case and screen protector, too, which I appreciated. Great experience here.Thank you!

I know nothing about cellphones. As a senior, I found that Tyler C was cognizant of that fact and took me slowly, patiently and with an incredibly charming personality. I left the store feeling calm, satisfied and very pleased. Telus is lucky to have Tyler as an employee. ~

I visited the Telus Store at the Royal City Centre Mall to transfer three cell phone lines from one of the major carriers to Koodo. Tyler C did an incredible job in helping get a great plan for us and took the time to make sure we were set up on the afternoon of the Snow Storm (Nov 29). Tyler is a great asset to the Telus/ Koodo store. Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable of their products and services. He made our transfer from a competitor over to Koodo very smooth. Excellent service Tyler!
