Great food and attentive staff. First visit here as our other favorite Mexican restaurant is closed on Sundays. Had the Carnitas and Chimichanga. We were really satisfied. Definitely coming back!

Stopped in with a group of 4 on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch, early dinner. Patio seating was perfect on spring day! Everyone loved their food. By the time we left around 5pm, the place was packed. We’ll be back for sure!

Came here for a work lunch and was very pleased by the flavorful food, festive atmosphere, and quality service here. Everything from the salsa to the wings and the shrimp salad were tasty and reasonably priced. Hope to be back someday to try more of their menu. A solid pick for group gatherings.

What a wonderful meal! The Fajitas Jalisco is exceptional, their cheese dip is phenomenal and their dessert is authentic and scrumptious! Dine here and you will not leave disappointed!

I had an awesome experience. The food was delicious. Well packaged/separated, well presented. As small as it may seem I was impressed they gave me a nice size container of salsa and chips. Most Mexican restaurants don’t give you chips if your not dining in. Everything was fresh. I ordered a diner #1 and I’m stuffed. The lady at the front desk was a sweetie. It was a 10 minute wait. The guy working at the bar saw me sitting and come over to make sure I was taken care of. That was nice and appreciated. I love the food, This place is well put together, and I wish I tipped more.

We had lunch here today and it was delicious! Friendly staff, nice patio, and fair prices. Our first time here and it'll not be our last! Small and family run, dedicated to serving great food. We are new to the state abs so happy to have found this. Our new go-to place!

We decided to try this place as it had good reviews and we were craving Mexican. I was very disappointed in my meal. I ordered the Fajitas Rodeo, their signature meal. I've never had fajitas not be sizzling on the skillet when it's served. Never. But today, I did. My meal was clearly made earlier, frozen, and reheated. Served up with the help of Chef Mic. The shrimp tasted frozen, the chicken was rubbery, the tomatoes were a mushy mess, and the whole thing was as bland as bland could be. I know in Minnesota we're a bit spice adverse, but this was ludicrous! My dining companions meal was better than mine, but for $20 for my meal, I was thoroughly unimpressed and I will not be dining here again.

Greeted promptly. Excellent Salsa and Chips. Our drink order was served immediately. Great selection and prices on Mexican draft beer all week. Our favorite meal is Chile Verde con queso blanco. Their wonderful outdoor patio is seasonal. El Rodeo will except coupons that are paper or on your phone. The only negative is El Rodeo is probably the only restaurant in Maple Grove that does not have Happy Hour on Friday and Saturday.
