Probably the most incompetent building management staff I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. The current interim board is imposing ridiculously restrictive policies onto residents, the management is impossible to reach, and there are things in our suite that need to be repaired and we've contacted management and customer care multiple times with no response. The thermostats are faulty and the fan stays on no matter, causing outrageous utility costs. There are known issues with some of the building features that are just not being repaired. We spent WEEKS where we couldn't access our own floors via elevator without stopping on ground floor to grab security from the front desk to let us up. They didn't even inform us when the issue was eventually fixed. And on the very, very rare occasion you're even able to reach management, you're very likely to get a condescending response. I've worked in customer service before, and I've never felt the need to be that rude to someone for no reason, as they have been.

The alarms are so traumatic stay away from this mismanaged building

My Refrigerator stopped working, after contacting customer service to look at it took 1 week for them to come, now it’s been another 2 weeks since they ordered the spare part, and I’m still waiting for them to get it fixed. How come Menkes with their resources doesn’t have spare parts or back up fridge to accommodate? very dissatisfied with the building appliances.
