I think I want to take this to court.I’ve been coming here for the past year now. In this beginning every thing was fine.I went a couple of weeks to pick up my prescription medication. When I looked in the bag it was the wrong prescription medication they gave me. I told them and they took it and gave me the right one. Now I notice that one of my past prescription medication has a different doctor’s name on it. I also notice the drug on it was something my doctor never prescribed to me. They gave me the wrong prescription medication, which treats Low thyroid hormone. I’m 24 years ! It can be harmful for people to use this medication if their doctor has not prescribed it. I think it’s time to call my lawyer.

They are not familiar with my insurance and I already wait here fifty minutes!!!!!!! Very slow. I’ll not come here anymore. I feel more sick now.

Not a Rexall store it’s a manufacturer. Picture on google is deceiving and should be changed. Save yourself some time and listen to the reviews…

All pharmacists at this location are always talking to their family and friends and it takes too long to wait to get prescripted medicine. i hope the store manager will see this and take action.

Absolutely horrendous customer service at the pharmacy. Rude and arrogant pharmacists who do nothing to help clients. Lack of supply for medication that they bill you for without making sure that they have it in stock. Furthermore when you try to speak to a “manager” to discuss the attitude given by staff they simply do not care. Stay away.

During the pandemic, I decided to look for an online pharmacy to have my prescriptions delivered. I was with a local Rexall previously, and had nothing but wonderful experiences with them, so decided to look into Rexall Direct (which this location handles). I signed up online, submitted all the required info, and after a few days and a callback I was all set up with my prescriptions on file. I was told during that callback that I would receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking info when the prescriptions were ready to be filled (I set it up 2 weeks ahead to avoid having any days without my medication). Fast forward 2 weeks and 4 days later, no email, no callback. So I call them to find out the status of my order, and discover the order was never processed, and was told I was supposed to call when the 2 weeks were up to have them filled and shipped. I ended up speaking to a manager, who told me the exact same thing. I tried to explain that this type of practice can be very dangerous for patients, as they can only go based on what they are told, and being given misleading information is condescending at best, and life threatening at worst. This manager went on to give excuses as to why it wasn't filled, and after explaining that I take medication that is detrimental to my health and that this can be a life or death situation based on the circumstances, she continued to give excuses. We're just trying to help people during the pandemic"

I've had bad experiences with each member of this pharmacy. They are rude, impatient, and act like serving customers is an annoyance to them. You'll have to stand around until they feel like noticing you and serving you. Never has anyone working behind the desk acknowledged my presence or told me they would be with me shortly; they just left me waiting. Service is so bad that my doctor asked me change pharmacies, which I did.

Waiting on a Saturday for doctor's appointment wasn't too bad that was pretty quick the stuff look like not too keen on customer service was waiting there for at least 5 minutes on the counter while they will speaking another language and talking on the cells finally got service when I'm pretty quick overall not the greatest customer service

Never ever ever go to this walk-in clinic. I am Spanish person looking for a Spanish speaking Doctor and they never respect the appointments time and make you wait for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, even with appointment!!!!!Avoid this place. Not worth the wait.

Getting someone to speak with you is difficult - everyone looks like they are just too busy to be bothered with customers. Also, they do not honor the sales in the flyer, so be sure to call ahead and find out if your items on sale at this location.
