Good fish n chips and the shrimp basket were delicious!! Clam chowder was great. Good portion and fresh cut fries. Service was also good. I give them a... I'd eat here again!!!

I had cod and chips, unfortunately there was more batter than fish! The chips were hard and overcooked. I ended up throwing most of it away. I do want to support local businesses.

Edit: owner claims they never took phone orders LOL i guess i was high on crack all the times i ordered over the phone on tuesday'sGiving 1 star review because they won't take phone orders anymore they tell you you have to show up and place order and wait while there... sorry but not everyone has that kind of time.what a joke.

Excellent fish and chips, great service. The only thing I wish they'd change is the fact that on Fridays, you can't order by phone. You have to go there, order, and wait in your car. But as I said, the food is awesome and the staff are very nice.

Great food, good prices. It is extremely annoying that they do not take phone orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. We often choose to go elsewhere when we cannot order ahead. I do not understand the logic behind the decision.

Very tasty fish and chips. The batter is excellent. But, it is way too expensive if you get the halibut. We ended up paying $70 tip included for the 2 piece halibut and fries and gravy for 2 people each. That is outrageous!! I might go back and if I do I will get the cod which is more reasonable. I am giving it only 1 star because of the prohibitively high price. It's too bad that Maria's in Amherstburg closed. Their halibut meal was tasty and it didn't cost a fortune.

Mice infested restaurant. Food is good but hygiene isn’t. Nice co-workers but manager is un-organized and lacks communication skills; his workers make a better manager than him. Workers aren’t even forced to wear gloves when handling food and most of them don’t anyways which is very disappointing especially during a wide spread pandemic. Also, if you’re thinking about working here think twice unless you want to get 30 minutes notice and get interrogated by the owner and have him ask your co-workers if you’re high even though you just woke up:)

My husband loves halibut, and says this is the best place to go for it. Right now this one in LaSalle doesn't have eat in. We take out, and after picking up coffee at Tim's we go down to the river and eat ion the car. We have also gone to the bigger eat in restaurant on University avenue in Windsor. Consist food taste and preparation
