I have admired this company and it's products for over 20 years and last year was able to purchase the 1955 stove and matching refrigerator for my much overdue kitchen remodel. If you are thinking about an Elmira Stove Works purchase, do not wait a minute longer. Not only do they look fabulous, but they perform like rock stars! Thank you for helping me create my happy place.

I’ve had my Northstar Elmira 1955-C 30” dual fuel stove with warmer drawer for about a year. I received a call from Tony Dowling the representative I had ordered the stove from. Tony was calling to see if I had any issues with the stove and if he could assist me in anyway. I let Tony know that I’m extremely happy with my stove and have had no issues. I have never had a company follow up a year later on a purchase to make sure I was satisfied or to address any issues. It reassured me that I made a good decision in choosing Elmira Stove Work. Following the death of my father, and the closure of his business, Winchester Fireplace & Stove Centre, I decided to embark on an adventure. My parents ordered appliances in October 21 with expected delivery Jan/Feb 22. Contacted them multiple times and they stop answering their phone. Now almost 2023 and they aren’t here. The space was specifically designed for the stove or they would just cancel.To answer the questions, Norths 1956RELP range and Norths 1952LHRE refrigerator. Paid in full on October 28, 2021.Potential customers should know wait times are over 1 year.

Absolutely love this company. We get more compliments on our stove than anything else in our house. In the 14 YEARS we’ve owned it, we had one issue, and the customer service we received was top-notch. I was worried since the company is not in the United States, and we live in Missouri. However, we had no need to worry. They were so friendly and helpful. Didn’t stop until all problems were solved, and there was only a very small cost. Delivery of parts was quick, and the time they took to explain the process was superb. I would recommend Elmira Stove Works without reservations to everyone!

Ordered my antique Elmira stove over 2 years ago and found out months later your dealer scammed me of my money and no order was placed.Therefore re-ordered with another dealer and waited 1 and 1/2 years for a part to be delivered for gas oven.Stove finally arrived late December 2022 and the oven didn’t work and also two burners. Being over Christmas waited till mid January to get service. No loaner stove offered. Now the 20th of February after many trips for service to correct manufactures errors I finally get to use my stove.Your product was not “thoroughly inspected” as the wire terminals were not connected properly.Absolutely no compensation for any of these Inconveniences.RoxannePS. Dealer servicer was never trained for these stoves as he said he never seen an Elmira stove before.

Cody is AWESOME! We have dealt with Joe and his team for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Recently we needed maintenance on our fireplace and Cody came out to visit. He was on time, very professional and polite and took the time to explain to my spouse what the issue was. Cody definitely exceeded our expectations and would recommend Elmira Stove Works to anyone looking for a gas fireplace/ stove.

So got this nice 1951 retro fridge, only 3 years old, worth 2600$…. Useless. Elmira will not do any support, all they want is to transfer you to midea, and midea does not have any support, they try to find you local repair shop, but none of them will work on their fridge. So useless fridge, still under warranty. Now you want parts? Well this is even worst, their part supplier is reliableparts and they have almost no parts. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
