Service was friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and bright. I observed that there is a bit too much 'marketing' on the seating table, I find this takes away from the experience, lessens the quality of the restaurant. The restaurant was busy and a bit noisy, maybe the restaurant could invest in some noise reduction architecture techniques. Food was your average 'American' style Asian food, with other standard 'American' options like pizza, roast beef, French fries and such. The food quality was OK, nothing to praise, but was not bad.... Average. Given this is a Buffet, you can eat quite a lot. But at a high price, as this is not cheap.

If you're looking for a fantastic buffet restaurant in Kanata, look no further than this spot. The atmosphere is always clean and well-decorated, with plenty of space for diners.But the real star of the show here is the food. From fresh salads and seafood to delicious appetizers, soups, and sushi, there's something for everyone at this buffet. The grilled beef and traditional Chinese dishes are particularly noteworthy. And don't forget to save room for dessert!One fun touch is that they take a magnetic photo for everyone at your table on your birthday. It's a great way to cap off a wonderful meal.Also, we have great news for families with kids! Children between the ages of 0-4 eat for free, and children between the ages of 5-12 get a 50% discount on the regular price. So, bring your little ones along for a delicious and affordable meal!Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying and delicious dining experience.

We had lunch from Mandarin. I found it okay for veg options. But May be better for non - veg options. Haven’t tried that as I’m vegetarian but it is based on the other people’s review.

Went there with my office colleagues for lunch.The ambience was amazing with lots of decorations for Chinese new year.The food was good especially seafood, with lots of variety.I think more chicken options can be added.The service was great, server was continuously taking the used plates, and handing out napkins & wet towels.Overall, good experience.

I visited this Mandarine few times and was blown away by the variety and quality of the food. The restaurant was bustling and lively, with a wide array of dishes to choose from.I was particularly impressed by the freshness and flavor of the food. The desserts were also a highlight, with a tempting selection of cakes, fruit, and ice cream.The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to refill drinks or help with any questions. The restaurant was also impeccably clean, which is always a major plus.Overall, I would give this Asian buffet restaurant a solid 5 stars. It's a great place for a casual meal with friends or family, and the reasonable prices make it even more appealing. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings.

Great service, food is awesome! It’s crazy how fast they are to fill up the water. It’s really cool that they give you a free meal on your birthday if your group is 4 people or more. We love the hot towels and mints! Ken and Emma are doing great work. Thank you!

Had an excellent time!!!! We are no stranger to the Mandarin!!!! Our servers Amy and Angela were fantastic!!!! Food was great as always!!!! See you guys next time!!! Oh and today being my Birthday I am thankful for what they did!!!!

No idea how it gets 4.7 starts.Food is taste the same , not many options for the $.Sushi is just a rolls just a few to choose from.Never be back.Our American buffets 3x times batter
