Pizza Nova is one of the most consistent tasting pizza joints and I've been here couple.times now and feel confident to write a review. I've had pick up as well as delivery thru Uber eats and haven't been disappointed in service or taste. Their BBQ wings are fantastic alongside bruschetta, meat lovers and Hawaiian. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

They are making pizza at the back with glove on their hand, and coming to cash register to cash people out with same gloves, and he returns back section again and making pizza with same gloves after he touches money. Also this was not the first time.

I got a LG vegetarian pizza and paid for extra chicken topping all I got was I counted 7 pics of chicke on the pizza in one half and the othere half had nothing when I brought it to customer service attention she asked me if I have a receipt I told them no I dont have because the cashier didnt give me one I paid in cash but I told them the date time and how much I paid (42$) customer service was delaying the process by not responding to my email in a timely manner at the end they are like sorry we cant do nothing we need a receipt pizza nova lost my business and my family would never order from you guys again I spent at least 40$ every time I visited pizza nova with family

I ordered two sandwiches, after waiting 20 minutes, they gave me the wrong order and then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the correct order.On top of all this, they literally put 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the sandwich! How disappointing, $10 for this sandwich, what scammers, literally gave me bread and piece of lettuce. I’ve had this sandwich before and this is not the way its served. YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!Read other reviews and this location is known to not put meat on anything, whether its pizza or sandwiches. PIZZA NOVA you are a franchise and clearly the owner is ruining your reputation at this location, how about you do something about it.

Do not buy from here EVER! I love pizza nova as a franchise but this specific location is disgusting. Terrible customer service, even worse pizza. I ordered a medium pizza for takeout just now and am sitting at home in disbelief at what I received. Raw dough, droopy toppings, absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed and I’m worried I’ll get salmonella now because everything is raw. I debated writing a review but I feel an obligation to anyone unaware; DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Worst $17 I ever spent. They need to learn how to make basic pizza. Absolute shame.

LOVE Pizza Nova but I love the owners of this location so much! Amazing service. Very friendly. They make sure to keep the place looking clean! And last but certainly not the least they have my food prepared at a timely fashion. Always tasting fresh and hot!
