My experience with Danielle has been nothing but amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect or where to start. Danielle was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was very patient as we searched for the perfect home. Danielle was very responsive with any questions or concerns that I had and always made sure I was her highest priority. She is professional, yet personable and honest in her feedback. Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way, and somehow miraculously made the complexity of purchasing a home so, so simple. From the very start, she was able to capture exactly what we were looking for. She put together a comprehensive tour of the areas we were interested in (and some we weren't just so we got a complete sense of the market and what was out there), and took us to 9 homes in one day. When it came to putting an offer in and buying a home, all we had to do was sign. She did the rest of the heavy lifting, and we were able to rest easy knowing that she would guide us through exactly what needed to be provided and when. I could not recommend her enough! We will absolutely work with her again in the future.

We had met Danielle when she handled our son’s condo & townhome sales in recent years. She was extremely approachable & knowledgeable of the local area being a resident herself. Danielle is a complete professional and extremely efficient in her job. She was responsive (almost real-time), pro-active and addressed all her concerns in a timely manner. Most importantly, she listens to you as a client which should be an expected quality with realtors but is hard to find these days. I have had some below par experiences with realtors in the past and was skeptical moving to a new province but given our recent purchase, I would rank Danielle right at the top!
