Very upset! We drove up to the screen, I order gave my order.Realized I had to go in to pay. Had to transfer money from one account to another. Cashier could not speak English only french. Made fun laughing with another employee. (What is I need to go inside to pay). That made me mad So I drove off and left. English are just as good as the French.

Always a lineup, even when there's no line up. The place has been infested with flies lately. Service has gone downhill in the past couple of years and employee turnover has increased suggesting a management issue. Food is good when it finally arrives.

Fresh food and good service. The restaurant is always clean. Very nice place to come for a quick meal. Also very convenient location for shopping as it's close to all the big box stores.

It was my first time coming to this A&W the customer service was over the top, upon arriving to the window was told to wait 2 minutes as the bread didn’t seem fresh enough so they remade our burgers. Obviously the quality of their product is important to them! Food was delicious as well.

I find that along with the burgers at Wendy's, A&W really are the best burgers going. And doesn't take 15 mins to have it your way.

It took 30 minutes to get our food. I recieved 5 onion rings for 5$. They added bacon and charged for it when I asked for no bacon. My burger needed to be reassembled becuz it was thrown together by the youngest employee I've ever seen working in a restaurant. All employees refused and we unable to speak in English. And when I asked for me money back to recommended a new onion right 3 times before giving me my money back. And the employee cooking in the back had no mask and no hair net. I will never go back

Nice quick service but my drivethru eggersandwich had about 50ml of oil at bottom of wrapper. Realized too late and it stained my whole pants and coat. Absurd amount of oil for a to-go sandwich.Not the best way to start the day before work.

The beyond meat burger is sooo much better than I though it was going to be. If you want to make the green choice, it's definitely worth it, amazing burger!
