I had an exceptional experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. I came in on Monday looking for a midsize SUV and fell in love with a 2015 BMW X3 unfortunately, that one was sold but, I was assured the dealership could get me another one on a few days. 3 days later I was in my new X3 at an AMAZING price. Just a honest family oriented dealership would recommend again anytime. Thanks Guys

There is nothing Elite about this dealership. They sold me a truck grossly misrepresented the truck. Beware of shady car dealers like this. They will take your money and kick you to the curb...

Look no further if you are looking for quality service. Shopping for a new car, especially during a pandemic, is not fun. I felt pressured from other places to purchase the first thing I drove. Much to my shock, Ali, from Elite Auto Trends, actually took the time to learn what I needed and wanted in a car. He was very knowledgeable and found me something I didn’t even consider, a Tesla! I felt like I went to an expert and he did all the work for me and worked within my budget. Further more, the entire staff was professional and energetic and made my shopping experience fun! These guys gave me a lemon. Couldn't pass inspection, wouldn't drive, windshield wipers didnt work, extreme rust. Odometer had been changed. All i had to do was google the VIN to find out the odometer was tampered with. Could they not have done that before ordering the car for me? Once the car was here they refused to honour any kind of lemon law and told me i was out of luck. I paid 11,000 for the car and ended up selling it on craigslist for 3000 because that is all i could get....I bought the delica from Mike and i have the invoice in my email... I would posr the invoice here publicly so people could see if i was able.. This is in response to you telling me i have the wrong dealership. I'll call you tomorrow.

I enquired about the claim history regarding a high end luxury car they listed. The seller provided a carproof report that showed DAMAGE RECORDS FOUND with repair cost of zero. I also noticed that the carproof report was almost 1.5 year old with no recent record or checks. I got suspicious and made further enquiries and was told that the previous owner had a replacement insurance when he got into an accident (and that car was replaced). Upon asking for the third time if the vehicle on sale had been in an accident I never got a clear answer

I highly recommend this dealership. They respond quickly, have the best prices and great service. I called looking for a model 3 Tesla and got one below my budget! it was in great condition, fully charged and detailed before I arrived to pick it up.
