Pho 37

Pho 37 is Richmond's highest rated Pho restaurant known best for their light pho broth and beautifully plated rice dishes. In terms of pho restaurants, this place is reasonably renovated and feels like a great place to socialize because of their marble looking table tops and high cielings. I came with a group of 6. I ordered my own dish because they're prepared to be eaten individually, but saw that each meal can definitely be shared if you ask for extra serving bowls or plates. Dress code here seamed to be athlesure ware, casual.

Definitely really awesome. It was my second time here at this location.Place always has a lineup. But the food comes out fast and piping hot.I ordered the classics, bun bo hue, Vietnamese deep fried rolls, salad rolls, pho special, vermicelli bowl with deep fried rolls. I’m not a fan of the salad rolls but everything else was awesome. Especially the deep fried rolls.

Super busy restaurant which means must be good! We had lime beef, salad roll and a rice dish. Everything was good and we were pleased with the service.

Update for 23 June 2023.Visited this place again as the food was good previously. Service seems to have hit rock bottom. We asked for hot water at the beginning, but was served tea, which was fine. Wait staff only stopped by our table, which was by the entrance for the, about two times, one to correct the drink request, one to bring the food to us. Five service staff, all hanging out by the counter, and we couldn’t get a drink refill.I had to go up to the counter to place the order, a second time to ask for more water, third time to ask for more utensils as we were sharing the food, a fourth time to ask for napkins, and a fifth time to ask for the bill.This place really has hit rock bottom. Extremely disappointed.The food was also lacking in flavour. BBH we ordered was greasy and not as tasty as the last time were here. Sate pho was soggy. Vermicelli with bbq pork and spring rolls were tiny.I would not recommend coming here any more.Original post on 17 Sept 2022.Patronised the restaurant for a family dinner.Food was amazing, service was lacklustre.We were in line and waiting inside with an elderly family member, but were made to wait outside in the cold. A younger couple that were waiting behind us were not, however, made to wait outside.We has their Pho Sate, rice plate and bun bo hue. All of which were delicious and highly recommended. Portions were reasonably sized and prices, standard with inflation. Approx 17/pax.Service incredibly lacking. We were first given a table, then after ordering, we were asked to change seats as the staff wanted to move us to a single large table instead of the two smaller tables that were joined together. The larger table was at an odd angle at the corner of the restaurant, which resulted in a more cramped dining space. Food came out slow as well.Overall, loved the food, extremely poor service.Would I recommend dining here? No. Get takeout. Service is piss poor.

This is my most favourite pho restaurant in the Lower Mainland. They have great broth and good portion. Their lemongrass pork chop and chicken are very flavourful too. Even the tea is very aromatic. They even have vegetarian options. The place is clean and service is good. Parking could be hard to find sometimes.

What a treat going to Pho37, this place never disappoints. The hearty broth and the freshness of its ingredients are what keep me going back every week. My favourite is their Bun Bo Hue as well as any of their combo plates.Friendly reminder during lunch/ dinner time on the weekends there could be a waitlist so get there early!

The Peanut Sate Beef Pho was fantastic - great flavour to the broth and the beef was very tender. The vermicelli bowls are quite large and filled to the brim. It's a smaller restaurant, but everyone was very friendly and the service was extremely quick.

The soups were flavorful.#11- very very spicy but good#13 chicken broth- flavorful and light. Clean tasting.#37 - has a smoky charred flavor to itSpring rolls were bomb !! Would get this again.Beef carpaccio was not thinly sliced. It looked and tasted like the meat for the soup. The meat was very chewy. sauce was light , not much flavor to it other than raw meat . Would not get this again
