Cynthia did a fantastic job helping our company plan our spring destination photoshoot in Tulum, Mexico. She had visited the area previously, which was very helpful, as she was able to answer any questions we had about location, safety, and more! She was always available and was a huge asset when it came down to communicating with our villa and transfer companies. Cynthia went above and beyond the week of our trip to greet us at the airport, escort us to the property, and ensure that everything was perfect for us throughout the week. We had the most epic experience planned for us thanks to Susie Kelly at Red Travel. We planned a once in a lifetime trip three years ago but the pandemic had other plans for us.
