Love this place, great service

Wide array of dog and cat food, even some specialty brands such as Fromm, Boreal and Arcana kibble. Small but ever growing expansion of frozen raw meat from local companies such as faim museau, big country raw and more. There are frozen beef ribs and other frozen treats, as well as a large supply of supplements behind the counter.I personally would stay away from the raw hide treats which are right in front of the cash register since they may produce splinters and could endanger your pets, but the dog and cat treats against the wall are some of the best around. We personally buy organic dog treats from a company in BC which is also sold here! :)The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and have a passion for animals. Highly recommended for all of your animal needs!!

Excellent selection at reasonable prices. If you cannot find it, ask. Very helpful people working there as well.

Rude, unkind - mean!!! New Managment expanded store and I walked in to buy bones while they are still decorating. It was Saturday, at 9:15. The redhead sales person had her back to me and did not bother to greet me, or even turn around. She was on her computer. I asked her for raw bones and brought me to the fridge new location and left. I picked a bag and asked another sales person how much it cost? She said in a snappy manner, look it up. The prices are on the door. No smile, no caring - I was bothering her. I looked at 2 pages with over 30 products on it, in french (my french is weak), I asked again. again, she said in an irritating voice for me to look it up. I explained I cannot find the price.. she raised her voice and said I am not supposed to even be in the back (she brought me there), and the prices are on the door…. I said, well, I expect a bit of service. Maybe she can scan the product and tell me? she said my dog scares her, they are in renovations, and I am to tell them what i want and they will bring it to me. I said i want these bones… they were clearly irritated! The redhead instructed her collègue to scan it, and she did while screaming at me that the prices were at the door, and… SCREAMING>>>>> I was in shock.. I’ve been at the store before and the service was excellent. The staff were wonderful, they loved my dog, knew their products. We took pictures below. It must be these 2… would I go back? Would you?
