Jerome and his crew did an outstanding job building a new deck and fence for our home. They far exceeded our expectations. The contractor Harry and his team were very respectful working outside my home and they are far and away the best team I've seen in this business. I met Jerome and Peter early last year to discuss renovations to my kitchen and main floor. They were professional, talented, helpful, and knowledgeable. Together we created a plan to open up my kitchen and redesign the whole main floor. I liked and trusted them immediately. They did not disappoint. Peter created a wonderful design. He advised and assisted throughout the process with all selections and choices. The work was done on time as expected and their crew were professional and respectful. They showed up when promised and cleaned up between each stage. Changes to the design were made without question as the project progressed. Costs were clearly outlined and remained as expected throughout. Customer satisfaction was first and foremost throughout the process and the end product exceeded my expectations. I am more than delighted. I highly recommended this company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again

We just completed an interior and exterior renovation and are beyond happy! The workers who showed up went above and beyond, keeping us informed of what was happening and what each next step would be. Workers were at our house each day and were considerate and friendly. The result was an amazing deck transformation, master bedroom and soaker tub renovation. Everything from the flooring to the walls to the paint to the finishing touches was well thought out and executed with great craftsmanship. We invested in renderings beforehand but this did not prepare us for the amazing end result. We were quoted 4-6 weeks - the entire project took 4 weeks and 2 days. The 2 guys who were here working on the inside reno the most, Dylan and Caelan, worked extra hours so we could move in over the final weekend, without us even asking. I highly recommend this firm and their team to anyone planning a renovation!!!!!

We met Jerome at the London home show. He brought Peter to our house to give us a quote on a kitchen renovation in our country farm house. Peter was professional, courteous and always available whenever we needed help or to make changes. We loved the design Peter created and even through all the trials of renovating a much older home, these guys worked with us to come up with solutions each time issues popped up. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and appreciate all the effort and work that went into creating it!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and detail-oriented contractor who truly cares about delivering quality work.

Took our deposit, and provided no invoice. Did not follow up with communication, leaving us in the dark. After lots of emails and phone calls, we were told they were not able to start the project, and made excuses. Asked for the money to be reclaimed, and have not heard anything after numerous communication on our part. We're still working to reclaim our deposit. This is a very unprofessional company to deal with.Would not recommend.

I highly recommend SWO. Professional, timely, with complete discussions and agreements both verbal and written. Beautiful and detailed design of completely remodeled kitchen with island and side pantry including demolition and then installation of all cabinets and appliances. Tiny bathroom was also remodeled , installing vanity with plumbing and heated flooring, (their great practical suggestion to solve our dilemma of an ugly baseboard heater!) Another great suggestion involved solving the problem of our dated popcorn ceilings. We love our new space, and highly recommend SWO General Contracting.
