Brought my Hisense TV in to diagnose weird flashing on and off of picture.Kevin put lots of time and effort into figuring out quirky problem and discovered certain 4K settings would not work with the new cable boxes.He did a full diagnostic and TV now works well!!!Kudos Kevin very much appreciated for the time and effort,don’t have to purchase a new TV now!!!

Kevin did a great job repairing our TV. The parts took quite a while to come in, but once they did the TV has been working perfectly. Much cheaper than a new TV
