Topsail Road Medical Clinic
Location is good and reception staff meet a bare minimum for politeness. Wait time are ridiculous. My family doctor operates here and every time I make an appointment I still waiting at over an hour. What's the point in making an appointment?

Dr. Wade Young is the best! He is friendly, approachable and great with his appointments. His receptionist is exceptional. I can't say enough good things about this man.I went to the emergency room here in St. John's and the staff there informed me that he used to work with them. They all had nothing but good things to say about him as well. He just makes friends everywhere he goes.

Always found the staff very nice. No matter what doctor you go to see, you always wait. Never had to wait very long with an appointment and Dr. Sherman is great. If there is a problem, it's me, getting my blood work done.....hate needles with a passion.

This clinic is incompetent to follow appointment time lines, so expect to wait 1 or 2 hours longer anytime you make a God dam appointment to seee I doctor.

Your experience is going to be vastly dependant on which doctor you see here. Dr. Young has always gone above and beyond my expectations of a family doctor. His receptionist had always been polite and must be amazing with his scheduling because he is practically always on time for his appointments - I've never had to stay in the waiting area longer than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment. The staff is very patient and wonderful with kids.I can't express how grateful I am to have such a wonderful family doctor ❤️

Refused to give me my file back that I brought to them and when I found a new doctor, sent my file by Canada Post and it got lost. Now their number hasnt been working so I can't get important information from my file that I need.

I visited here exactly ONCE. The doctor's receptionist was not just rude, she was hostile and the doctor was only interested in asking me about someone other than myself. She had a very negative attitude, made inappropriate accusatory comments and I wouldn't bring my dog for her to treat, let alone myself again. If it were possible to give no stars, I would.
