UPS Access Point location

Driver has said we are closed two days in a row now. It is now Friday and I have to wait till next week for my package. The funny part is they never even came on the property. I work for a company and checked surveillance thinking I had accidentally missed them. To try and resolve the issue I have called over the last two days. Even been laughed at. Phone calls not returned. They even set up a time to call me back and that never came through. I have not left my office two days not even for lunch waiting for this important package for a client. I will never approve them as a broker again, but wanted to warn everybody else.
