I'm giving two stars. One off for the hours of operation, for anyone that wants to join, these hours seem almost ridiculous to try and make work in terms of going in to get a membership. And when you do try to get a membership, the staff member doesnt seem to actually care. They care more about your money. One off for the website, theres code written all over the top, and it honestly just looks unprofessional and confusing to navigate. Also no prices are listed on the website, which is kinda weird. And one off for the attitude I recieved. I originally gave 3 stars, until the owner responded to me and complained stating that they have never met me". Popped in here for a workout and this is a hidden gem. A well-stocked small studio with heart! Lots of barbells, dumbbells, bands, and medballs, along with rowing machines, assault bikes and ski-ergs. The owner Erika is friendly and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable and there seems to be a devoted client base of both women and men.

Great person who is willing to help you achieve whatever fitness goal you hope to accomplish.

This local gym has great vibes and all the equipment you need for a fantastic workout. The owner, Erika, is incredibly friendly and very focused on what your goals and needs are.
