Came here as a guest for a friend's birthday party last night and was very impressed by everything. Our server and all the wait staff that helped were fantastic. Super helpful, kind, cheerful and gave some great tips to help us enjoy our experience more. Our main server was amazing and I am extremely pleased on how the night went. The food was so flavourful and having a chance to try each course was delightful. Thank you again for taking care of our group! Highly recommend the house salad or if the broccoli cheese soup is available you have to try it!

Where to start? They food the service the atmosphere, they are all worth raving about. So i'll just walk you through from the beginning. We arrived as a party of 4 with 3 of us being autistic where less is more. The booths are very comfortable and the extra high padding helps reduce the noise of even the closest neighbours making the atmosphere both sensitivity friendly and for those on a date romantic.it was a 4 course meal and each one had it own devine cheese exploding with flavour and ooey gooey cheesy goodness. The cheeses came out fancy to start, with the cheese being melted and prepared with fresh ingredients right at your table. Even though you may be tempted to order more right of the bat, I recommend you save room for the main course. Although you obviously have to finish the cheese. The second course was salad I had the Almond Strawberry and it was divine. I am not a fan of the bitter lettuces like redichio, but with the strawberry vinaigrette i could have eaten an entire field. The main course we had the Coq Au Vin with all meat. I have to say my favorite sauce was their specialty Goddess sauce, not sure what's in it but if you put it in a mushroom cap and then in the pot of broth or oil. It makes magic. For desert you need chocolate and fire. Here teh desert comes with a show where you get to watch your desert dance with blue and orange flames as sparks of cinnamon rise up reminding you of campfires and night skies. The service was amazing our waiter had the brightest smile and his recommendations were spot on. I give him all the credit for the goddess mushroom caps. His knowledge of the menu and his subtle original flare make the experience really worth the price. For those that love anime, having him as your server will be an extra special experience. He looked to us like he came out of Black Butler, down to the earing he wore. So if he does it again and you're an anime nerd give him a bit extra for the effort. The rest of the staff that served us were all very friendly and all incredibly professional. To summarise the atmosphere is both romantic and disability friendly, the food tastes amazing and may even turn something you don like into something you can't get enough of and the service is beyond reproach. Very Highly recommended!

Hungry? Boat load of friends visiting? Want to die of epic eats. Then stop here. I recommend this yummy place. Two words, food coma. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Popped in here after our wedding and did not regret it. Well, maybe from eating too much tasty treats. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had the BEST time here! My partner and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here. She surprised me with a private booth, roses, and sparkling wine. All the food was amazing. Wonderful veggies / meat. I tried some seafood for the first time, not for me but a good opportunity to try it out! They added this adorable complimentary sponge cake with a “happy anniversary” message. We will definitely come back soon, amazing place for a romantic date.

Ok so I was kinda shocked about this place and how it went down tonight, I've been told by many of my reviewer friends to come check this place out because is amazing and whatnot, finally got the time to come in to take our mind off a very sad week after our baby cat passed away so we wanted to take our mind off it and eat here, I'll start with the food. The food was very good we started with the cheese which had pesto and garlic in it which are my favorite, I will say the portions that they give you are fairly small and not much to go to, is all basic in a way I was hoping for a bigger selection but quite frankly it was very good. Then we had the dark chocolate which was very good and the fruit selection again could of been better but I really enjoy it and the salt was a great touch. Now for the reason why the review was so low, I find it that if the service is bad then the food isn't good. Our service was BEYOND garbage, the server we had was beyond unprofessional and extremely unattentive, he barely asked us if we wanted anything and when all of our drinks were done, he never once asked us if we wanted another drink or refill on our waters or pop, he then started going on a rant about how much money he makes and how he cares so much about tips and started to talk about how he likes his woman and swearing left right and centre, it really put a extremely bad taste in my mouth. I usually don't add this to my reviews but I'll have to. Never get service from the server name lejandro. Worse service I've ever gotten.

This evening, I treated myself to a solo dinner. The Melting Pot feels a lot like a place for couples on a special night out or maybe some friends celebrating a birthday. I overheard it all tonight; however, I was out to just dine solo.Called when they opened at 4pm and they had availability for 4:30pm. So I changed into a sweater dress, put on some nice heeled boots and off I went.Their location is easy to find and parking has never been an issue. The establishment was still decorated for Valentine's Day. I was seated quite quickly in the bar area and was the first table to be occupied. The server/bartender, Carter was a delight. He was friendly, able to give me suggestions and knew the menu very well. He was soo kind as to tell me that the menu for two can actually be for one, just ½ the cost. What a great idea and that was my selection.Decided on an Angry Orchid Cider and I went with the four course meal. I started off with their homemade mushroom soup. It was creamy, flavored nicely and the croutons softened in the bowl. Perfect way to start.Decided on the Fiesta Cheese Fondue next. Was given lots of bread, tomatoes, apples and broccoli for dipping. It was perfect to get back into the swing of fondue and I love that stringy cheese that follows your food. Felt like a kid and may have giggled a few times. For my main I pick their Land and Sea with their Mojo broth. This was also accompanied with mushroom caps, potatoes, broccoli and six dipping sauces. Ordered extra mushroom caps as they are my favorite.**Small tip for any first timers or forgetful people, add your potatoes to the pot immediately. They need time to cook and soften. Also, put your meat on your fondue fork, place speared meat into the pot. That way you know where to find it later and not need the rescue spoon.**This part of the meal was my favorite as you get to see what pairs best together. Try all the sauces as each one is delicious. During this portion of the meal I also ordered another cider. When it came time to pick my dessert I asked Carter what was his favorite. I had tried their Flaming Turtle but I wanted his opinion. He was partial to the Banana Foster which also caught my eye so it was decided. Another server brought it over. Added the liquor and set it ablaze. When he added the cinnamon, sparks went off and it was kidish fun right at my table. They offer, pound cake, blonde bars, brownies, pineapple, strawberries, bananas and marshmallows oh my as dippers! It was all so good. I asked for a piece each of the pound cake, brownie, banana and marshmallow to finish up what was in the pot and they well over served me four pieces of each. Knowing my limit I had a few then called it game over.My whole experience here tonight was exceptional. I spent just over 2½ hours enjoying my food, novel and drinks. I will be back for another solo evening as it was a perfect evening out for me.

You get what you pay for; quality and abundance. We left happy, fat, and full. Expect $150 after tip for two, more if you’re drinking. It’s a great place for a nice date night. Don’t expect to get laid after though, you’re gonna be too full.

My goodness, what an evening!! Most places I visit with my servixe dog ignore her, which is great and is what is expected. The staff here (I believe our server's name was Icon"? I hope I got that right!) went above and beyond
