Dr. Manish Shah

He and his office are so irresponsible. They kept rescheduleling my appointments (which is ok when you know that you will be in town and available). last time they reschedueled my appointment to Oct 28th while my appointment was on Oct 12th, I told them that I will go on a trip on Oct 19th and I won’t be in town for 2 months (I was on a medication for 5 months before that) and I don’t know what will happen If I suddenly stop my medication for two months and that means the last 5 months would be a waste. I even told them if he could just review my medication and tell me if I have to stop it or proceed with that routine, or if he could tlak to me on the phone before my trip. They didn’t even bother themselves to return my calls and voice messages. A doctor who is that irresponsible of the oppointments, would not definitely care about the patients and their medications. I definitely won’t go back there again!!!

We were referred to Dr.Shah. My mom had cyst on her neck. Dr. Shaw met with us, offred few options on a treatment. At the end my mom decided to remove it. Everything went well. He explained everything presurgery and after. We didn't have many questions. What he was saying was pretty clear. My mom was happy with Dr. Shaw.

I had the unfortunate experience of being referred to see Dr. Shah last November (2021). I waited for 2 hours in sparesly populated waiting room, while being assured I was next.When he finally saw me, I politely commented on how busy his practice was, noting my wait time. He yelled that I had to wait for 2 hours because he was accomodating a hearing test and seeing the doctor in 1 appointment. He kept yelling that this was for My convenience- effectively gaslighting me.This appointment lasted only 5 minutes, was told there was nothing wrong and left.I find Dr. Shah not only disrespectful of your time, but bereft of the decorum befitting a Medical Professional.

A disgrace to the medical profession. My husband was referred to him for a severe nasal congestion issue. After taking 1.5 hrs to arrive for a scheduled appointment, he came in for 3 minutes (clocked), checked something and said all was okay. When we tried to ask some questions, he shoo’d us away.Dejected, we requested for a second opinion. We were referred to St Michaels. Yes, it took sometime for an appointment but we are definitely making some headway with the doctor recognising symptoms, getting CT scans done and diagnosing the issue.I would NEVER recommend Dr Manish Shah to anyone.He is disrespectful, does not value time and makes you feel small.

I could even not see him after striving to book an appointment for more than 1 month !!!I could gave a call after multiple message but it doesn’t work because I’m still waiting for a week to book an appointment for a consultation although he told me”we will send a message for appointment date”.They are kidding people or they don’t have any idea how health is important!!!If they so busy, they could leave a voice mail that “We can not accept new patients” they already don’t answer the calls.After I saw the these reviews, Not to go this doctor is better.

I found Dr. Shah to be very patient and extremely attentive to my concerns. My appointment was on time. The office staff was very helpful. Some patients did have trouble with signing in and were helped with this issue in a kind and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to my friends.

We had a good experience with Dr. Shah overall. Yes, he is arrogant but he is also very experienced. He did a excellent job on my Son's surgery. With my daughter, he passed along her case to Dr. Jason Xu. We had a horrible experience with him. He is very impatient with kids and is unprofessional in his opinion. He did a very quick check on my daughter without getting any medical history. He did not explain much to us at all. He kept making gestures to show that he was annoyed that my daughter did not like him examining her tonsils (it can be scary for a 5 year old for the first time). This place makes too much and that's why they don't care. They lost their work ethics. We are going to switch to another ENT.

I'm perplexed at the negative reviews. Mine was one of the best medical appointments I've ever had....anywhere. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving and the waiting room was full. Dr. Shah was very polite and attentive. After examining me and performing a laryngoscopy, he suggested I get a hearing test which he arranged immediately at the clinic. I waited another 5 minutes for the test. After the test, I waited another 5-10 minutes so that he could discuss the results and answered all questions I had. It was quick, efficient and he and the staff were professional and polite.Edit: I was referred to the clinic again for another issue and unfortunately, I have not received a call for an appointment and it's been 2 1/2 weeks since my referral. So I'm not happy about that. My doctor has to refax the referral - hopefully will get in soon.

Dr Shah conducted my surgery for my branchial cleft cyst under my ear. Surgery went well with minimal nerve damage, and I have to say my scar healed really great and a year later is barely noticeable.

Dr. Shah is very caring and patient.Explained everything professionally and gave me choices and explained me patiently about the future of all choices. I had my surgery 3 weeks back and I feel very good.I am happy and grateful to be one of his patients.The receptionist was very polite and helpful.I am very particular person about time I am super happy about timing I spend in waiting room.He was almost on time every single time.He made sure about follow up sessions and called me and explained on time about my blood test result .Highly recommended.
