Very unimpressed with having to wait outside for 2 hours in the heat for the Sean Paul concert! The doors where suppose to open at 7:30 and we where not yet in at 9:30, unbelievable !! I will never go to a concert there again , big disappiontment!

Went for a friend’s birthday, Paid $300 for bottle service just to be told, we were too drunk and kicked us out after only being there for 30 minutes, staff told me leave and when I stepped off the property continued to tell me to keep walking while following me 2 blocks, paid for my jacket to be in a safe place and they never returned it, $1000 jacket just took it, there’s no phone number nothing to get in contact with them over all horrible experience

This place smelt like the most horrible un washed v** I've ever smelt don't help that me and my boys got treated terribly on my b day weekend my friends 1000 dollar jacket was left at the establishment when trying to contact them they don't have a number and are only open on Saturdays we went to go see if someone was there and there was no one to speak to we were thrown out right after finishing a 300 dollar bottle don't recommend coming here

DO NOT ATTEND CONCERTS HERE! Not only did they over book; we paid extra for vip seats which we didn’t get, bottle service which was knocked over by a bratty girl when security refused to let her pass; In his attempt to stop her he knocked 3 whole bottles over and the cups… (she made it through). Which then, the bottles or cups did not get restocked. Also they didn’t provide juice/pop with the liquor originally so we had to drink it straight… The alcohol went to waste due to being on the ground and having no cups to drink it out of … The waitress’ were really nice so the stars I did give go to them only. They were fantastic and friendly for the time we did see them. They attempted to relocate us to our booth but the others refused to move.. by doing so we lost our original booth. We were left standing having to hold our “bottle service setup”. Have better security systems in place and do better. We are ones who pay extra and you let us down.

Great night club and place to hang out with friends and family and awesome music and events that happen alot. Great Business and bar and awesome customer service bartenders. And great environment and enjoyable events. Overall a amazing place to be and to have a blast at. Keep up the amazing work guys
