First and last time. People had waited an hour after their designated pick up time. No communication, no apology. Just a bunch of folks standing around desperately waiting to hear their number called.Tell me what time my food will be ready and I’ll wait an extra hour at home. Terrible service. I left and went elsewhere.

The food is meh but the only option in perth. I placed my order and was told 15 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. When I walked in I wasn’t even acknowledged and waited about 10 more minutes. Finally when the little Chinese woman came to the counter she said I need to learn patience. Took my money and didn’t offer me change. So I corrected her and asked for my change back. Very disappointing

Food is great customer service is terrible we've tried to get food there three times one time we waited an hour longer than they told us and there was no food even there with her name on it.. today we were told 5:30 at 6:30 we said is it going to be ready in the next 10 minutes she said probably not and hung up on us very rudely leave it at that obviously they need some customer skills don't answer the phone if you're that busy it's real simple

I find anymore that most staff at Tim Hortons have very poor Customer service skills. And this is at any location I have visited with the exception of the Sydenham/ Princess Street Location in Kingston. Staff do not seem very Knowledgeable about their product or prices either one. If it weren't for the people I drive I wouldn't bother to go to Tim Hortons. And I don't agree with them saying that their product is BAKED FRESH DAILY when all the product that they serve is brought in FROZEN and taken out as needed. Sure it's.baked as needed but too me. BAKED FRESH DAILY means the goodies are hand"made. I know with the quantity they put out they can't make it daily but their SLOGAN should change to something like from our kitchen.To your warm hands"

Staff is friendly but limited in English, so it's hard for asking questions.But she suggested something really good.Food is quality in terms of hygient, presentation, taste and portion. I can't complain anything since I left the restaurant with full stomach and have some leftover for dinner. But I dont like their appertizer because it taste like snack.

I called and arranged a time of 5pm to pick up my order, arrived at 4:50 as I didn’t want it sitting there, I’d rather wait a few minutes and have it hot. While I was waiting I took a good look around the cramped front entry where I had to wait. By far the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. The dust was so thick I could write my name in it.dining room still closed since covid and old vapour barrier hanging around the cash. Actually I was getting nervous about the food because if I could see this, what can’t I see… nevertheless, the place was packed with what seemed to be regulars so I would give it a chance. Food was 30min late so that kinda sucked also. However, on a positive note, it as delic. But considering the dirt, I won’t return.

The food is amazing! My husband and I got a combination plate each and an order of Singapore noodles. Great prices, so much food and so good! The customer service is also great. The woman at the front counter is so nice and always smiling!

Nice people who can also speak Cantonese and English! The telephone person was very polite. The timing with the food was a bit of a wait but considerable based on how many customers there were. I don't understand the low review ratings maybe they have higher expectations! Thanks for reading! UPDATE : upon return post pandemic they have exceeded my expectations and will be receiving an upgrade to five stars in quality and service.

First time placing an order there was today, communication was good, food was excellent! I was told “20 mins” for my order and arrived 30 mins later as I didn’t know they were right about the “wait time”. Staff was knowledgeable about each question I asked. I only hope they open the “eat in” part up again as I like to dine in. The place was clean, better than most places in Ottawa (where I’m originally from)
