Lady working was nice and the stuff isn’t too bad expensive

They're so fluffy!!I ordered the beds on 13/5/20, received them today, 15/5/20. Speedy delivery or what!! I figured with the virus it would take a few days. My 2 chihuahuas love them. I'll definitely be putting them in the trailer when we go camping.

We purchased a magic screen at the Cat town center store. It took a while before we had time to install it. The screen was not sewn together straight so it would not hang properly, therefore it does not close. I called the store and told them that the screen was defective, turns out we were 2 days out of the period to exchange it, (Rachel) the sales person was not helpful what so ever and told me that it was not possible to exchange because it was 2 days over the exchange period window, even though the product was not manufactured properly. Stay away from this store, they sell junk and do not stand behind it. We will never purchase anything from there again.

Horrible company both online and terrible customer service in store. Nothing but crooks. They promote signing up for emails for discounts and coupons that never come. Then refuse to back up anything purchased online from THEIR company. Honest workers will say dont shop online cause there is nothing but problems however they still promote insiders and signing up (Sadly I never got this dont shop online warning until today). Why promote something you wont stand behind. You cant return anything so now my 7 year old is stuck with accessories she cant use because online decided after 23 days waiting for the tracks which were ordered the same day same order arent available after sending a partial shipment with accessories. I didnt ask for free product, I didnt ask for further discount all I asked was that instore give me the product for the same price I paid online and have now been refunded for seeing they have plenty instore. But was refused told basically too bad so sad that I used the service they signed me up for. The kind worker working definitely felt bad and agreed it wasnt right but her hands were tied and her boss refused to budge. They also hold an F status with Better Business. So clearly stay far away from this company. What a joke. Ive brought this company 1000s promoting them to friends and family and shopping myself. Ill never be back. And I will be making sure noone I know does either. Please don't waste your time their terribly over priced as well unless you catch the item onsale.

First of all..this place has ALL those goodies you've seen on TV..but what makes this store stand above the rest is the Staff. All the ladies that work there go above and beyond to help you and they get excellent training from there instore Manager..she is Awesome and takes Customer service to the next level. I love this place!

This store has lost my business for life. They are selling fake Reborn Dolls. The sale of these fakes are ruining the lives of artists and sculptors that make the real things. I am a reborn artist and I know the terrible impact they have on our community. They are stealing sculpts from sculptors illegally and it's just horrible. I will never support a company that does this and I hope Noone who reads this review will support them either.

Do you know why As seen On TV products aren't sold in most stores?Because most stores have standards and offer better quality products made by reputable manufacturers. Showcase does not allow returns, because they know they sell garbage. There's a reason they have a D- rating from the BBB.

I went today to return steam flat Iron open box was on sale I asked when I bought it what's the police the girl told me only if there is defact . I used it it was leaking hot water on my hand . When I went to tell the manager they yelled at my face and she called me names am rude .and she kept banging on the desk after she finally offered store credit while she was so angry as she is paying me from her pocket I told her anyway the camera is recording what your doing .I won't go back again she is rases . I wanted to report it so she think million time before she treat people bad like this .

Super friendly staff, helped me get my supply's needed, let me do my thing and were happy to answer any Yes just a couple questions or concerns with knowledge! 5 stars

The staffs that I normally interact with at times when I visit are very nice and friendly. Lots of neat gadgets they sell in store.
