We had Dr. Taggar see our 9yo daughter. He is the best eye doctor we have ever seen. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter is getting the proper treatment she needed for a very complex condition in her eyes. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our prayers and best wishes for Dr. Taggar and his team.

I highly recommend Dr. Blakolmer and her entire team. I have a reoccurring eye injury that is extremely painful... when it flares up Dr. Blakolmer and her staff literally go above and beyond the call of duty to address the issue and treat it promptly. If l could give them 10 stars, l would!

I have seriously suffered with chronic dry eye disease for many many years. I have seen so so many Specialists all over Toronto, Durham Region and surrounding areas for the past 20 years!Dr Blakolmer is remarkable!! So helpful, so kind and compassionate. She is also incredibly brilliant!!My eyes have dramatically improved since I have begun seeing her. She has made wonderful helpful suggestions, given me new ideas plus different prescriptions to address my problems and search for a solution.I am eternally grateful to her!! Love her staff!!So blessed to have found this wonderful Doctor.Thank you Dr. Blakolmer!!

Dr Blakolmer has been my optometrist for many years now. She's patient, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I have a recurrent eye issue and she always takes her time to help diagnose and recommend treatments. She investigates the issue fully, which shows she's truly invested in the health of my eyes. I've always felt very supported by her and would recommend her and her colleagues to anyone looking for the best eye care.

Ohip covered patients be aware!!The exam with Dr. Taggar was great but at the end I was slapped with a surprise $55 charge for a scan they did at the beginning of the exam without telling me that it wasn't covered by my ohip coverage.Be mindful during your visit of what is and isn't covered.Eta: they reversed the charge after I complained. They claimed they had told me before the appointment but I had set up my appointment by email so I had records.

Dr. Brian Yeung is a phenomenal optometrist. I have seen Brian for multiple eye exams and follow up visits after having laser eye surgery. He is approachable, friendly and extremely thorough. Brian went above and beyond for me after my procedure. He advocated on my behalf with the laser eye centre and communicated the outcome, our next steps and provided solutions for the interim. Highly recommend Brian and the entire staff at Dr. Dana Blakolmer and Associates.

Had my annual eye exam yesterday with Dr. Brian Yeung. Wonderful optometrist! Very competent - but more than that... I have seen Dr. Brian three times, now; and I always learn a great deal. He is very, very patient; and encouraging, and helps me to learn!

Best customer service. My daughter and i have gone to Dr. Blakolmer for last 2 years. My daughter injured her eye and they took her that day right in no appointment. She has a way with children and is very knowledgeable and super friendly. DR. Blakolmer was so caring and followed up with us the next day and 1 week later. She truely cares about her patients and the well being of our eyes. I will continue to go to her for the following years.

I visited Dr. Dana Blakolmer optimist clinic for the first time one week ago and I had a great experience with Dr. Brian Yeung he is incredibly detailed and he ensures you are getting the best care; he took the time to throughly to explain my vision issues and didn’t rush my appointment. My first time at this practice. Great experience right from making the appointment. Lovely front desk staff and Dr. Luk was an absolute delight to deal with. She thoroughly explained condition of my issues in layman's terms . Helped me understand the procedures she was suggesting and followed up our discussions as promised. Looking forward to a long relationship with her.
