I don't usually write negative reviews unless it is really bad. This company contantly opens our boxes and doesn't report it. I've had items go missing, boxes labelled fragile" tossed on to the porch

Tracking stated package was delivered. Package was not delivered. Someone was home all day.Attempted the automated service and even typing in the tracking number the system noted it incorrectly. Then tried to speak to an attendant and was on hold for 2 hours. Terrible customer service.Edit. After speaking with the local manager who assured me the item was delivered and that the driver confirmed...4 weeks later the package showed up in a damaged state. So the package was in fact lost and the driver as well as the manager lied to cover themselves. Terrible company, poor morals.

Having an absolutely horrible experience with Purolator this week. They did not deliver my package yesterday marking down in the notes that ‘receiver inaccessible’. So called them and spoke to nice lady who told me that they can’t seem to find out why it wasn’t delivered, but most likely new driver. Made some instructions for the driver and told me it would be delivered today. Well repeat scenario as yesterday. Again called their service hotline and again they were not able to tell us why they couldn’t deliver the package. Possibly that driver could not see my house and wasn’t comfortable going down the driveway because of ice? They could not give me the name of the manager that ‘may’ call us tomorrow if they have the same problem. Really? Can’t give me a name and number to talk to? Absolutely unacceptable. My road is a typical renfrew county dirt road. I took pics. It doesn’t even have snow on it. My driveway, though has some ice on it, is ploughed. Also took a picture. So now we sit here with no idea when package is arriving. FYI, FedEx delivered my other package no problem.

waited a long time for parcel to arrive last week.Did tracking says tried for 2 days to deliver unsuccessfulI was here all week and nobody came to the door.Pick up at depot 1/2 drive.I am injured at laid up at the time.Called customer service was told they do not deliver to P.O. box .Gave street address explained can not was delivered the next day.Looked at parcel the street address was on the shipping label also along with your phone number for contact info in which I never got a phone call.

There was no contact from Purolator that they were in possession of the product. They did not knock at the door or ring the doorbell when delivering the package. I would never choose to deal with this company if I had the option. Then I was not allowed to go pick it up myself from the depot before closing on Friday, I was forced to wait until Monday afternoon for delivery attempt number 2.

I have had many items delivered with zero issue until recent, it is a certain driver, and he just tosses my items down and two packages have been opened but no record from distrubution regarding the parcel being open on record. He drives off with out addressing the open boxes and I have filed complaints. Waiting to hear from a manager. I am waiting for several other item coming and some are breakable and am concerned about the handling of the items, that so far have come out unscathed. I also feel far less secure with parcels open during the Pandemic.I was also told there would be a follow up and now 5 business days later, still nothing.

watched out for delivery all day, refreshing the tracker website and checking outside. Tracker updated to missed receiver so now I have to go pick up my parcel. No attempt to deliver, knock or call was made as multiple people were in the house waiting for a package to sign for. As you know Pembroke has no public/affordable transportation and I can't drive, so I now I have to figure out a ride/walk to the pick up location. very frustrating

Bad security.Their website or wherever my phone number is stored is easily accessible to scammers.Every time my package moved, i got a scam text message from a source that claimed to be Purolator.Fix your leaks.

Fast service. Package arrived a day early. Disappointed though that they didn't leave the package at the door and we had to go into the depot to pick up an item that didn't require a signature.

Purolator is a delivery company and they are the worst at it. They hire inexperinecd drivers who can't find my address. Even google map drops the address location right in front of my driveway, and I have been receiving Amazon packages every week without any trouble. In another occasion, the driver delivered my package to a different address and that person came to my home to give it to me. On a third occasion, the driver just leaves a note at my door to pick up the package from their facility without knocking or ringing the bell. I work from home and always at home, but, he does not care to knock. This was the only three occasions they had my package and all three occasion they messed up. I appreciate Amazon shipping. They never failed me. I think it is the system that messed up with purolator.
