There's a young man at this location named Paar (spelling?) Who makes an amazing sandwich. Everytime. If everyone at this location made sandwiches like Paar, it would be an easy 5 star.

I got a grilled cheese and bacon the other day and this was probably the saddest sandwich I've ever seen in my life. There was barely any cheese on it! I couldn't eat it because it was pretty much all bread. I can't believe they only put a sprinkle of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon on a sandwich that is named Grilled Cheese & Bacon". It should be at least double what I got for $6

First, I fully admit to my own mistakes during my transaction but the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. I went in to purchase three subs with two being the meatball. This typically comes with the white cheese, however, due to personal issues I don't have the best memory and I rely on the staff and always ask for whatever usually comes on it".This time

I brought my daughter in for her lunch break and the person behind the counter proceeded to make 5 orders that came in through the internet. Not once did he acknowledge that we were there in the store. When said excuse me but we are on a lunch break he continued to ignore us. He only acknowledged us when we got upset. Even then he tried to justify his actions. Needless to say we had to leave. This location will never ever be visited again.Shouldn't clients who have taken the time to come in and have a limited time be paid attention to? Rotten customer service.

We made an online order with 2 soups. Turns out there is no soup at this location and the owner refused to provide a proper refund or any help on this matter. So I paid $30 for 2 foot long subs. All the owner did was give us 2 old cookies and a gaterade. Extremely poor customer service from the OWNER. I won't be supporting this subway anymore and will travel longer for a better experience. Extremely disappointed

Terrible experience getting a mobile order. A mistake was made with the order, no apology, and definitely not an appropriate compensate. No regard for a customer’s wasted time and emotions. Shame on the supervisor for being arrogant and unwilling to compensate for making errors.

I usually don’t do negative reviews but this was exceptionally bad.I got sick from the sub I bought there not even an hour after and had to take a full day off after to recover. I got a 6” meatballer sub, I have a suspicion the danger zones/ temperatures weren’t kept an eye on or was past it’s replace time as it was later in the day.The worker preparing my food also didn’t switch gloves between my order and the persons order before mine (including to put my cookies in the bag) which also could have contributed to it.This is the first location I’ve had an issue and love the Essa road one, but I am definitely not coming back to this location food safety is a must.
