Unfortunately, we discovered the bugs were coming in from adjacent suited, but they had a solution for this as well. They put down a spray that would take out the remaining ones that popped in for a visit, and I have been bed bug free since! Thanks!

Came to my apartment very quickly. They started early at about 7 am. and finished by 4 pm. While he was there in the morning he gave me instructions for post treatment. These were very helpful. The heat treatment is very efficient only one treatment required. This means you only have to prep once. Other companies with the sprays do it a minimum of twice sometimes 3 times. Professional Pest Management also put down a fungicide which is very effective. All the apartments around mine were also infected but mine is still clear. They have just had the spray done and now must do it again. Rather than putting their apartments back together management says to keep everything bagged so it is not so much trouble. The company itself used an unmarked vehicle came in through the back door and were discrete. I am very pleased with the results and would reccommend them. James Webster

I never thought my family and I would have to go through a nightmare like bed bugs. Our “infestation” was so minor that we weren’t even sure we had a problem… and then a few bites presented themselves. We fine tooth combed through our rooms and bedding, found the bed that we have named “ground zero” with a few little friends on it and threw the whole thing away. We washed everything on hot and were satisfied with our cleanliness. A week or so later… a few little itchy bumps appeared again. Let me tell you, you will not get rid of them on your own. We called PPM and Andy came to do a free inspection in the same evening. He educated us on where they could hide and what needs to be done to fully eradicate them. He was informative, kind, and kept us at ease. We were given a prep sheet and decided to do the treatment next day. We called their office with many questions that evening and on the day of our treatment, and they were always pleasant and helpful. Andy came in a discrete van that morning, showed up right on time and everything they moved during the treatment was handled with care. They used a mixture of heat and pet safe fungicide spray for the treatment. We were given an after treatment protocol sheet to follow. The whole house was done for a reasonable price, with optional payment plans available, and we already feel at ease in our home within 48 hours. I wanted to wait until the end of summer to do a review to see how it held up and I have to say it was wonderful. Last year we had a spider infestation. There were about 4 different kinds including possible black widows. You couldn't even step out the door without walking into a web by August. Not only that, but we started to see them moving into the house. It was a nightmare and I asked my husband to either book a spider spray for outside for the following year or to burn the house down. Spring 2022, he contacted Professional Pest Management, and although there was an initial misunderstanding, they rectified it immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Due to the heavy rain they did have to come out one more time just to reapply, which they covered under their guarantee. Let me tell you, this was a game changer. I got to enjoy our yard, our pool, and just not stress. We obviously still saw a few, which is to be expected, but nothing that a little raid didn't take care of. The year before our entire bottom of our above ground pool had been covered and Raid did nothing, it was like slapping duct tape on a leak. If you have a spider problem, I highly highly recommend that you give these guys a call in the spring. We will definitely be booking their services again next year.

I recently found out that I have bed bugs, so I called around Edmonton to see if I could find a reasonable company. The first couple wanted to charge me exorbitant amounts of money to use canines to try and track where they might be. I called PPM and they were responsive and came out the next day for a free inspection. I had to work that day so I asked my girlfriend to come over and meet Andy on site, and I couldn't have been happier with his explanation and professionalism as well as being 10 minutes early for our appointment. Once it was confirmed that I did in fact have bed bugs, they gave me very clear instructions as to what I had to do for a pre-treatment preparation. On the Saturday that they were to arrive and he was again 10 minutes early for my appointment, completed a walkthrough to make sure that I had followed the pre-treatment checklist. Once completed they let me know that it was safe to move back in and start washing my bagged items as needed. I really don't wish bad bugs on anyone, but if you end up with them I can say with 100% certainty that this is the place you want to call and these are the people you want to deal with.
