Galaxy Motors Duncan

They people that sold me my car were super helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the car is a lemon. I have owned it for for maybe a year and a half and only put 4-5k in miles on it as it's been broken down for most of it.The things that I have had to replace/fix are:ClutchOil pan gasketValve cover gasketMisfire in 2 cylindersLeft tail light pins meltedAnd now I'm hearing a click in steering so maybe a CV joint.I've reached my limit and am stuck with this car.Ps oh yeah, my muffler has gone as well, so much fun.

My vehicle was recently unexpectedly written off so I looked to Galaxy Motors as I have purchased a vehicle from them before and was very happy with how the transaction went, this experience went just as smoothly. I had Richard & Jacob helping me with the sale of my new rogue, Richard was new in his position so I dealt mostly with Jacob, both of these men were respectful to me (as a woman on a car lot you can feel like a fish in a tank of sharks) and non pressuring, two things I specifically asked for when being paired with a salesmen. They were patient and helped me get into a vehicle that I love and that will suite my lifestyle going forward. “Will”, the service manager, is amazing at his job. I was able to get in on an emergency appointment from out of town. He made sure that my vehicle was safe for travelling. He was thinking ahead and had everything ready for the appointment which saved us from having to spend another day out of town. His attention to customer service is amazing. I really felt I was in good hands. I will travel almost 2 hours to see the folks at galaxy motors in Duncan because of how I was treated. Thanks again Will and crew!

Galaxy in Colwood and Duncan was one of three or four used car dealers I stopped into over the past three weeks. they were easily the most professional-an attractive and functional website, followed up and kept appointment times, had clean well designed offices with well informed professional people.The Duncan galaxy was where I ended up finding the car of my dreams-2011 Chrysler 300 C. The interior, but especially the paint and underneath looked almost brand new. Surprisingly, they had to replace brakes/other parts that were majorly rusted even though the rest of the car was spotless. But I noticed in the Carfax that they had a rust treatment and under coating right after they bought it, so that must be the reason. Financing Carfax and warranty considerations were explained efficiently and without undue pressure. their offices were clean spacious and professional. when one or two possible mechanical issues came up they quickly arranged to have the vehicle seen by a 3rd party who concurred with the original galaxy representations.The only reason they didn’t get five stars was I like to bargain for basically everything, certainly cars, but somehow I didn’t get the chance. I think I got a fair price for my trade and for the new vehicle but possibly by design I just never got the opportunity to bargain.Worth your time and hard earned money.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Galaxy Motors in Duncan. Each purchase was more pleasant than the last, with this one being exceptional! If you are looking for a great deal and a great experience, I would highly recommend that you visit them!

Liam, Jacob and Dusan all worked very hard to get our family into the car we were looking for. They went to great trouble to source the car, were all very personable and clear, and were all very pleasant, professional and reasonable. I had a wonderful experience with Liam, my salesperson for my “new to me” car. He and his sales manager Jacob handled everything for me. I had not bought a new car for almost 19 years and to be honest I was overwhelmed by the prospect of trying to find a vehicle and possible financing options. I told them what I wanted (and I was specific… somewhat picky) and I also had certain $ specifics. They did all the legwork and not only did the find the perfect car for me but also arranged all the financing. Since they are in Duncan and I am in Victoria, they had someone pick me up. We stopped into Galaxy Motors yesterday afternoon as we are shopping for an economical commuter car for my husband. Not only was Peter quick to greet us, but he was friendly, honest and listened to our needs. We test drove this great little car. It was super clean and very low kms. Upon hearing we were returning for the car, Peter came back to the shop to meet us! The finance team did an amazing job, again, listening to our needs and requirements.
