So far a good experience here butUnfortunately my credit card was compromised (fraudulent charges in new york) TD cancelled the cardthe owner didn't phone me for a new one. Instead they charged a $25 nsf fee.In the future they should call if a payment method is cancelled.

Was super nervous for my first spray tan (I'm very pale and can't tan the regular ways) and went to the Beaumont location. The girls were so friendly and informative and made it a quick and painless process. My tan was incredibly well done - I wasn't orange or streaky. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place to get a tan. The owner is very friendly and took the time to make my experience a very good one. I had a issue with one of the lay down beds in room 1 and she made sure that I was comfortable with using a different room with a newer bed and bulbs weren't hot yet because it was still early morning. Overall she went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you

SUPER expensive and the beds are super outdated. 8 to 10+year old technology despite bulbs being replaced often...(?) (no face tanner etc) just the gold old fashioned tanning beds.The girl at the desk was adorable tho and the place was clean.Their competitor in town charges way less and they have newer, more powerful beds that can accommodate people who are larger in size. All around poor experience and I won't go back. Sorry Fabutan!

This place was a mess. I walked in to get a tan and realize they also did eyelashes on asking questions I was asked to step aside so that the person behind me could go first... While I was waiting for paperwork to go through I wanted to looke at the lotions. The girl told me that I had no business being behind the counter as it was like being at a dentist office. i’m sorry but how am I my supposed to know what lotions I want to buy if I can’t look at them. The girl gave me attitude and it angered me because I was about to drop at least $200 and she was making me feel like an idiot. They lost a customer I will never go back this is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered

Very disappointed with customer service. I had an issue cancelling my account. Was told by previous management it was cancelled but continued to have over $200 taken out of my account in last 5 months. When I noticed and went in to question this I was told that the new owner would email me ... week later nothing. Went back in told new owner would call me... another week later nothing. Phoned today, another week later, and told by new manager ( I say that lightly ) .. that owner will not be calling me and they can do nothing for me. I was treated like a nuisance and an irritant. Horrible customer service. I recommend you stay away from this location.

I can't speak for every location but from my experience with this location the staff are amazingly friendly and supportive and comforting, they go above and beyond to ensure you have nothing but the best experience. Did I mention the prices are affordable and they often have discounts and deals if you look around cause they do and they are pretty awesome so keep an eye out or better yet just stop on in to this location and see what deals are available.

Great little shop. Friendly helpful staff. Clean environment. If your looking for a good place to get your tan on, you've found it !
