Best experience I ever had with a service department! Bobbie is absolutely wonderful to deal with, and made the process on getting my car fixed so smooth and easy. I will definitely call Blenheim Chrystler from now on.

Good place to get oem parts

Stay away from this place. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Called ahead to make sure a vehicle was available, salesman confirmed yes it’s in the lot, no there are no holds or deposits on it, come on and take a look at it. Thankfully my wife and I only had a short drive to this place. Once we got there, I didn’t see the vehicle in the lot, walked in to be greeted by ROB the supposed knowledgeable salesman, only to be told “ lol oh I apologize I got off the phone, and then talked to my sales manager only to find out he sold the car after you called lol, so umm how about something else?” So umm how about I’ll never step foot into this place or recommend anyone else to go there. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

Service department was horrible to deal with, was lied to about my car being fine & told that it’s “normal”. They won’t listen to your actual concerns and then just tell you to pick it up and never return. Will not return since I was sworn & voice raised at by a staff & want to make it known so you can skip the headache. Brought my new 2022 Jeep in 3 times and still not fixed. Save the hassle and do not waste your time with this dealership.

Amazing customer service and fair pricing, I never felt like I was getting pressured into anything. Lots of great vehicles in stock with a small town feel.
