Thé Moon Tea House - Chestermere

It’s a hidden gem bubble tea place in chestermere. The decor is soothing and the bubble teas could have more options.

We got drinks after the beach and they didn't mind that we were partially in a swim suit. The drinks were amazing and we will definitely come from Calgary again just for bubble tea at Thé Moon!The shop is also air conditioned and has a lovely vibe and style.

It’s expensive, but where isn’t? Customization is pretty bad too. I went in asking for a plain avocado shake with standard tapioca pearls. Turns out they don’t have them, fine, but they wouldn’t give me the drink unless they added some strawberry filling to it…? I understand having your most popular drinks, but I should be able to get a straight up avocado shake for $9 the way I want it. Customer service is MID. Ran by kids. Music playing inside was explicit and not appropriate for my young daughter. Won’t be returning mainly due to poor customer service.

Finally a decent milk tea place in Chestermere.The drinks have a stronger tea taste rather than milk, if this it something you like, after all this is a tea house.The best part is you can choose your sugar levels even on their signature drinks. (Unlike some places such as Tiger Sugar or Deerioca where their signature drinks are pre-made therefore you can’t choose your sugar levels)

The staff was so friendly and easy going, went right at opening time there were a few other people ordering as well when we arrived, for having just opened not that long ago and being short staffed the drinks were served in a timely manner and was so delicious. Currently just a soft opening menu because they haven't had their grand opening yet, got three different drinks, and they were all AMAZING! The store is nicely decorated and has an overall amazing vibe. I will definitely be coming back here every time I visit my family in Chestermere.

I went here today in the evening instead of the downtown location because it was closer. Please keep in mind that I often get bubble tea from the moon in the downtown location because my family loves bubble tea from the moon. I ordered 4 drinks. 3 out 4 of them tasted fine ( it tasted similar to the moon we usually go to). However, one tasted like (the taro cloud bubble tea) water despite ordering 100% sugar. It did not taste like the one we get from downtown or mahogany.I thought that maybe the barista had just blended more ice than usual because it did not taste like the one we usually get from downtown at all. My sister barely had drank any of the drink + we paid almost 8 dollars for the drink so I thought it was fair to ask them to remake the drink. *WE DID NOT WANT A SECOND DRINK, only a new drink that tasted better** My sister asked if they were able to remake the drink because it tasted watered down. The assumed owner did not respond to our request but instead went to the back room to check the cameras to see if the barista added sugar...Like what the heck. We knew that we ordered 100 percent sugar - we never mentioned anything about sugar adjustment so I was confused why she needed to prove that there was sugar in the bubble tea. She didn't tell us what she was doing until we asked her. Even the barista beside her asked if she should just remake the drink. The owner refused and persisted to waste time going through the camera.Obviously she was not planning on remaking the drink but instead continue to be petty. She told us that many customers do this which suggested we were trying to get a free bubble tea by complaining. We did not want a second drink. All we wanted was for one drink to be remade - and the store was not busy that time. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to remake one drink despite the fact I had already purchased 3 other drinks already. Most bubble tea stores usually remake it for customers when they aren't happy with their drink. It probably explains one of the reasons why they have more customers..All I wanted was my money's worth for the bubble tea that we paid for. Instead, we received a petty response from the owner. The response to our situation was awful. I assume this is how the owner responds to most customer complaints which is only going to drive people away.

A friend recommended this place to me when she knew I was visiting Chestermere. I have been to many bubble tea stores this is definitely the best. The store is very clean and cozy. The bubble tea has great flavor. The lady is very friendly and well trained. It's a great place to visit if you are around the Chestermere Lake.

What a beautiful little place with an amazing and tasty selection of drinks. So happy about this addition to the café options in Chestermere. Today there was only one worker and she was working so hard to finish all orders timely with a smile and full customer service. Hats off to her. I definitely will be back with company!

Situated in a strip mall with a couple of angled parking spots. Very minimalistic and calm vibes! Great BBT/fruit drinks. For the winter I was hoping to order a hot drink but the staff said the machine was taking a while to warm up so I just ordered a cold milk tea. The creamy foam on top is non-dairy (made with coconut) so that flavour was a little overpowering and had a gritty texture. The pearls were soft and had a good flavour.
