Absolutely shameful business practice! We ordered our doors back in March and were told repeatedly they were on their way, it is now November and we still don’t have our front door. We have nothing but lies and empty promises. Ive never experienced such lack of communication and poor customer service.

Not the best experience. Was quoted one price over the phone by Liz, and a very different higher price by Paul when I went in, in person. I guess I should have mentioned what I was quoted first. Needless to say, big box stores will give you a better price, real shame.
