Great customer service. Very polite and patient staff. I was there for an hour trying to choose a pair of glasses and the cashier guided me very thoroughly nd kindly.I'll be going there all the time now.Would definately recommend this place.

This very rude optician, charges the OHIP and also withholds the prescription so that it forces you to only buy your eye glasses from him only. This is very much upsetting, as this is his second time doing this. The prescription glasses that he provided us last time had a very bad quality glasses.

Iraj Ahadzadegan was the worst optometrist that I ever visit.He just thinking about visit price and discuss about money from the beginning and the end.During the eye exam when I asked any single question about my son eyes he said don't ask technical question, it is just related to doctor and you don't need to know!!He made me so nervous and I never recommend it to any body!

If you are looking to receive high quality of service, you should seriously consider this place. I've personally had very positive experience at this place so far. I've got 3 prescription glasses from RX Optical. The optometrist guy is a highly experienced, professional and knowledgable individual.They have great frames and great services. Highly recommnded.

Went to this place for the first time asking the owner if I can see the doctor to examine the back of my eyes with family doctor referral , it’s a routine and regular eye examination for diabetic patients every year which is covered by OHIP . The owner or the manager of this place with a very unpolite and rude attitude says you have to pay for eye exam . Either he has no knowledge and is unprofessional in his job or he is such a crook . If I could , I wouldn’t give this place single star .

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. The optometrist is so rude and unprofessional without the minimum customer care knowledge. If you go there, keep in mind that you are not supposed to ask any question; otherwise, he will try his best to make you regret it. I brought my kid there, and as part of patient profiling, he asked about any eye issue in the family. I simply told him I myself have a high level of astigmatism.While he was checking my son's eye, as part of making a conversation, I asked him does my son has astigmatic eyes like me...? He became so angry and started attacking me verbally. Do you even know what astigmatism is?" He asked and tried his best to make me feel stupid that I don't exactly know the condition. At some points

Fake frames, I cannot find the style of glasses of anywhere. Even when I search the SKU# it doesn’t find it. Must be fake. Extremely rude service (lady is nice but it’s probably so she can make a sale). Don’t shop here.
