Great place to get a haircut! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help in any way as long as their customers leave satisfied. First time having Elmira and I am very satisfied thank you keep up the good work!!

Fantastic customer service! The stylist listened to my son and talked him thru what was happening. He was very happy with the result.

The trim was okayI was in the chair more about 7 minutesWas a bit expensive for 7 minute hair trim. The status seemed a bit down, I think she only said about four words to me. I still left a tip . I know everyone's got to eat

I had a really great experience, I was welcomed by Haille, got a really nice haircut and a wonderful Hairwash with some great back massage. She was very professional and very interactive. Would def visit again!!

Staff were very friendly but would not recommend for a haircut. I have been here twice (normally come here if my regular place is booked up). Neither time I have been very satisfied with the haircut I received or gotten what I had asked for. Today I went in the girl asked what I wanted done, I told her and she seemed to understand. By the end she had taken way more hair off than we talked about and the haircut I got was nothing close to what I had asked for. The haircut was also 3 times more expensive than where I normally go at $45. Left feeling very dissatisfied with the haircut, regretting giving this place a second try. Nothing against the staff themselves, they were very friendly but I will not be coming back for a haircut here.

Quick and satisfying service, the stylist are awesome. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jessica at the hair salon for a haircut, and I am so pleased with the results. Not only was Jessica a pleasure to work with, but she also did an amazing job with my hair.Throughout the appointment, Jessica listened attentively to my preferences and concerns, and offered her own expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape. She was also very thorough in explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

Using my wife's account. I went in for a haircut. When the woman who did my hair was done, we proceeded to the cash. My haircut was around 30 or so dollars, I gave her $50 in cash and she looked at me and said, How much do you want back? For my tip." I looked at her stumped...and the customer sitting behind me laughed at her rude question...expecting a tip. I have her one as I always do when I go get haircuts...but highly rude ..entitled and unprofessional. I don't recall her name.. a darker skinned woman."

I like Sport Clips., just not this Barrie / Cundles location., it was a quickie and a regretful one. I'm glad I didn't get the MVP which would have predicated an unfortunate larger tip...I appreciate the offer to cut my hair again,You've fooled me once / Not twice.
