I ordered food for the kids. They enjoyed it. This location seems old. Waited 10 minutes to pick up order. Apparently I had to ring the button located in the place order section. Not clear. Also, when will Swiss Chalet introduce plant based options.

Sitting here as I wait for the bill. The whole experience was regrettable. It took over 5-7 minutes to get a table - even though the restaurant didn’t have many people in there. The table was sticky (we were told it was sanitized and therefore “sticky”; who were they kidding). The service very very slow - right from serving drinks to the main course and later dessert, the wait times were very long. Overall, a wasted Saturday evening. Not coming back here!

We hosted our son and daughter's First Communion lunch today. Sandy (manager) was more than helpful and so accommodating. She made the party so easy and I was able to enjoy myself. Kris our server was AMAZING. She was great with the kids and that's huge! She was attentive, accommodating and so kind. We had a great experience today. The food was also fresh, hot and great quality. I honestly can not praise this location enough. Thank you all for making our special day great!

Thank you to the wait staff who hosted our kids baseball team. Orders were on time, correct, and staff were accommodating with any extra requests. The large restaurant was able to accommodate our twelve players, parents, and other well wishers.

Everytime I order I get the worst ribs or they forget something. This recent order they didn't even sauce my ribs!Avoid this restaurant at all cost.Edit: I filed a complaint and they called back. Spoke to Sandy and she rectified the situation so I raised my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Just finished my lunch at this Swiss Chalet and the food and service was outstanding! My server Renata was very knowledgeable and so friendly I will make a point of returning to this location and will bring my family and friends too. It was a nice touch that the GM Sandy came over and said hello, such a nice place. Thank you for making my day Renata Bravo!

We normally go to the Erin Mills/QEW Swiss Chalet location but were in the area and went to this location for the first time last night. We were served by Kris and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kris was very pleasant to deal with and her service was excellent - her attention to detail was outstanding - she was the best server we’ve ever encountered anywhere. The food was also excellent. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely return to this location from now on.

Came to dine in with my husband last night (Tuesday) for the chicken and ribfest dinner deal. Although the restaurant was very busy and food took longer than usual it still was very delicious fresh and hot. We really enjoyed our meals. We were served by Kristian and she was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Watching her work with a smile on her face and handle all those tables was amazing to watch. Overall it was a great experience!

We came on Mother’s Day for a family lunch. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly face and seated promptly. Mira was friendly, courteous and took care of our every need without having to ask twice! Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! Will definitely come back!
