Drove 30 mins to get a Spicy Nashville, queued for 15mins, and I got a regular chicken burger, no spicy sauce at all. Very very disappointing.

The whoopers were so good, delicious, and clean meat!The drive thru was so fast too! It took them to finish our 3 big orders around 10 mins, which is fairly fast

It’s really unprofessional, i passed my order with skip dishes then after 45 mins of waiting they called me from the restaurant to tell that the special trio i ordered is not on special anymore.. so they told the driver of skip the dishes to cancel my order “ like i didn’t opened the door for him “ and they didn’t refund the money.Do not ever order with them again

3 times ive come to this location and 3 times items were missing or not what i asked for, even though the receipt states what i ordered, no bacon in anything and after 3 times i'm starting to think they simply do not wanna make spicy chicken sandwich cuz it is just not in the bag after i payed for it

Ordered through the app as dine in, they prepared my food as delivery and didnt give it too me till i complained at the cash. The restaurant was ridiculously hot the thermostat said 30.5, when i asked why it was so hot the employee said oh i dont know and didnt seem to care
