Nice clean store. I really appreciate the product finder kiosks around the store. So much easier to find stuff.

Canadian Tire has been one of my favorite stores to shop at for most of my life. Everything I need is here, and often at great prices. It is definitely my Go To store when I'm looking for multiple items at a good price

Always get what we are looking for at Canadian Tire. You may have to wait a bit to get something out of the stock room or from high up but customer service is great. Store is always clean. Love the computer inside the store to tell you where to find what you need.

LOVED visiting Sarnia last week!This picture is just a snippit of the organized, fully stocked and aesthetically pleasing displays this store has to offer. Everything was so clean and tidy, any staff I spoke to was there to help and SO pleasant. I was very, VERY impressed.We love this Disney/Mickey kitchen line!!! So fun for Disney lovers or even the kids wanting to help their parents - not to mention such reasonable pricing!!!I will definitely visit this store again :)

Have dealt with CTC for over 25 yrs, and this is the 1st time with a defective product return. Fearing the worse i was quite relieved and satistified with the return process, on a purchase made in December of 2022.Staff looked at the Shop Vac, then I was asked for explanation of the defect and the item was replaced.And still 4 yrs and 9 months left on the warranty.Great place to shop, and I now know that they honor their warranty.Great look on renovated store, but am still trying to sort out the layout of the new locations for merchandise!

On February 15th, 2023 I came in with a blown out mastercraft edge winter tire that I had used for 5 months total since purchasing after they had repaired a blown out tire already 2 months after this Canadian Tire originally put them on. The Manager said he would replace it for free even though it was 9 out of 10 whatever that means. He also said it was put on wrong well this Canadian Tire put it on. He ordered it in and said he'd call once ready to put on. Came in for my appointment and they are now saying it is not free. Terrible tires, terrible service. Out right lied about not saying it is free. Do not come here for service, who knows what else they lie about. Make sure you take a picture of who you deal with and record your conversation if you do come here.

The automotive services folks here are really nice. The way they set up the cashiers line during covid should be taken away now. It's just annoying. There's not enough customers in this location to force us to walk through the setup to get to the cash registers anymore.

I don't know where stuff is after the store overhaul, and the App was not updated at the same time, so it is still giving aisle locations for the old layout. While I was there, I also tried to get more information and price for a cabinet but the UPC on the shelf label would not scan, I tried to scan a few more items in the same aisle but nothing came up. Whoever the project manager was for the store layout change should be fired as they missed so many details that customers find frustrating.

Came in looking for printer paper not entirely sure if Canadian Tire had any. Dave (super nice and super tall guy!) came up to my boyfriend and I unprompted and asked if we needed help. He wasn’t even sure if there was any printer paper in the store but he checked online for us and then was able to help us find exactly where it was. Dave was really nice and helpful, would visit this location again for sure!! :) thanks for your help Dave!!!
