I had to leave my truck parked at this facility for a year and a half, because of visa complications and covid lockdown border issues, getting back into the country was difficult for me. While my truck was parked in the back, there was no security fence, but there were no other parking spots available in town. At some point my catalytic converter was CUT AND STOLEN OFF OF MY TRUCK'S exhaust system!! Thankfully the windows weren't smashed out and the whole truck ravaged!When I was finally able to get my truck hauled to me in the U.S., it cost me $600 to replace the converter! The theft happened on their lot, for sure, because a friend of mine who drove it off the lot told me how loud it sounded, and it wasn't missing any parts when I left it there.I wrote an email explaining what had happened to my truck while it was in their secure facility"

Units are damp

Cathy at the front desk was accommodating, pleasant, and cheerful. Prices were comparable to competitors, and the unit I rented was clean and secure.

Discriminatory and rude service, maybe the employees should quit jumping to conclusions and trying to be detectives and actually do their job for paying customers.
