Built to break. Never had brand new tools break so fast with any brand ever, it's actually pretty astonishing... Watched my brand new hose reel bulge and split in multiple spots the second I plugged it in at 80 PSI. Brand new 2.5hp Makita compressor. Not to mention my $600 coil nailer that got a pebble in it" that completely destroyed it. My Bostch lasted 12 years

We went there to buy one Bostitch Mallet at 45 or 59oz. We arrived at 7:00 AM yet the person that was supposed to be there arrived 10 minutes later. They searched for 20 minutes for the item and ended up NOT finding it. The system was showing they have it in stock. Very poor customer service experience.
