Aztec Autoglass LTD

I use to get Adrian to install windows for me and recommended alot of my friends to get there windows installed bye him. Well he dosent seem to answer his phone or get back to my messages anymore I've sent him numerous messages. He was suppose to fix chips in my windsheild I had an appt booked and he didn't show up! You can't run a business like that! I'll give my business to someone who wants it and obviously Adrian dosent!

Had Adrian to replace 3 windshields he left every vehicle with damage !! Sent him a txt no response tried to call no response. Eventually got hold of him using another phone and he promised to come and fix the damage surprise surprise no show WOW Do not use this company

Great service. Came to my house without a fee for being in Okotoks. The guy was at my house on time and got my windshield replaced within 30-40 minutes. My car looks so much better and the windshield used is good material. If you don't want the hassle of bringing your car to a shop and paying over $200 for a windshield replacement then I highly recommend this company!

The drivers were absolutely horrible.Rude. Didn’t care about me or my property.I would never use Aztec just for this reason.

Heard good things about this company from a co-worker, so thought I’d give them a try. Good pricing, and found mobile service convenient. Well, when he made the ‘appointment’ he was almost two hours late, saying he was running behind. Okay, not a big deal, as I was at work anyway. Tried reaching them recently for a rock chip repair. Took two days to get a reply (even though I could see that my message was read). Finally got a reply, said they could come by and fix it. Not 100% sure if he even showed as there was zero communication that it was done, hasn’t answered any messages. Terrible business practice. Communicate with your customers! Thought I was doing a good thing in supporting a smaller local business but boy was I wrong in doing so. Would NOT recommend using Aztec after this experience.

Came a day late and was rude as person to deal with, replaced the windshield but with a used windshield instead of a new one like we agreed and now I have to replace it again with someone who actually will do the job, in summery this guy is a scammer and he didn’t even seal the trash used windshield that he put and didn’t even plug in the windshield so now my car is cold all the time. I don’t recommend this company to anyone as he won’t even pick up my calls or answer my messages. I’m disappointed honestly.

Horrible experience. We agreed on a time that the service would start three days prior and the day of. I was waiting around so I tried calling and no answer. After half an hour had past the person had texted me to say they won’t be coming. Extremely inconvenient and unreliable. Has no regard for people’s time and won’t answer any calls. If you want professional conduct and good use of your time go anywhere else.

Got scheduled for windshield replacement and was told he had the wrong windshield and rescheduled me. (Keep in mind I booked myWhole day off for this) The rescheduled day comes and he doesn't show up, leaves me on read while I try and message him to see if he's planning on coming still. Ignores my calls. As a business owner myself, what an embarrassment of a company to treat their customers this way. Absolutely blown away. Do not waste your money or time. Horrible horrible horrible.
