My husband and I came in to pick up our new phones and and connect them. We are not good with technology in any way, it actually stresses us out and lucky for us. We had the privilege of having Tina serve us who was absolutely amazing and made our experience so stress-free. she explained everything to us so well. She clearly knew what she was doing. If I could, I’d give her 10 stars!

Worst customer service. What a shame. I want to move to different phone carrier but i changed my mind and return the phone to them and cancel my plan. People who works at night (nov 7 around 6-7pm) doesn’t know what they’re doing smh. The other guy is just watching stupid videos on his phone and ignore us and wait for other person to come back from break. Why is he still working if he can’t help customers?!
