Jonny diagnosed the issue (broken water pump) within seconds and replaced it very quickly. While doing that, he also figured out that my brake pads were almost done, and replaced those a few days later as well. I was super satisfied with the service and especially with the honesty and price/performance ratio. Reasonable hourly rate and reasonable pricing for parts. I can definitely recommend Jonny and give him a 5/5 without hesitation! Whenever I have an issue with my car again, I will reach out to him.

I called Johnny on a freezing day in Squamish when my battery died outside the grocery store. He was really busy but took my number and called when he had a cancellation and gave me a boost. No charge. It was way quicker than BCAA. Very nice guy. Thanks so much. I highly recommended Johnny Mechanic.

I took my trailer up the Ski to Sky highway for a family camping trip. My trailer broke down due to bearing issues as my dust cap fell off. Instead of going to a garage, Jonny; who was recommended by Napa Auto Parts-Squamish, instructed me to have it towed to our campsite.The next day, he came by while we were at the lake. Took the part that he needed to rebuild and then brought it back to fixed the wheel of my trailer. Lifesaver. I didn’t even actually meet him in person.Great service and most of all, great guy!!

Jonny really pulled us out of gutter with a 911 call which enable our business to operate at one of the busiest times of the year.He completed the work in a thorough and timely manner. His customer service and response time were fantastic throughout. I cannot recommend enough and I will be using his services again in the future.

Engine was sounding a bit strange, called Jonny. He diagnosed it right away, came back the next day with fresh spark plugs, problem solved without needing to go to a garage. Great to be able to speak to the mechanic directly, saves the hassle of talking to the customer service rep. Jonny is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, will be my go-to next time for sure.

11/10 would recommend Jonny to my family and friends. His service is too good to be true. I can't speak to the quality of his work as I just had my brakes done today, but I trust his 5.0 star rating and professional demeanour. Jonny also spent extra time teaching me a thing or two about my car and proper maintenance. If you think you need him, get on it as he's a busy guy!
